^ I totally agree he wants the attention. I mean, why else would he be doing it on 9/11?

Oh Namo you tickle me.

I had assumed that "Koran" (Quran, Kuran, Koran, Qur'?n, Coran or al-Qur'?n) was like Hanukkah in that there is no incorrect spelling.

Personally, I am ALL in FAVOR or burning the Quorn. Throw some Tofu in there too.

Being a Bocafarian, I can understand their desire to to want to burn Quorn. It is their right under the Constitution and Freedom of Speech. I do however question their moral reasoning though. I mean what if we burned Dove Bars right across the street? How would they feel?

I hate burned quorn on the cob! What is wrong with people. If he wraps it in tin foil and puts a few pats of butter on the ear before sealing it will be so much better!

Boobs, if they wrapped the corn in foil that wouldn't leave to congregation enough for their hats.

Shirley Phelps-Roper is "annoyed" by the protest, so at least something good has come out of it.

"Her irritation Wednesday was not that the Rev. Terry Jones and his Dove World Outreach Center's planned bonfire would offend Muslims worldwide and probably increase the danger to American soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq.

It's that in 2008 she and her father's Topeka flock set fire to a Quran in plain view on a Washington, D.C., street and nobody seemed to care."

This was supposed to happen in my hometown which had me very worried because of my family down there buty mother just called and told me it was cancelled. She says the pastor now wants to come up to NYC to protest.

My local paper reported that he agreed to cancel because they were moving the "Ground Zero Mosque" to another location, but I haven't seen that from any other news source.

I don't believe that, but here is what you're talking about WW.
How an Imam in FL would know that Park51 was going to be moved is suspect at best.
Especially since the head of Park51 was all over CNN yesterday saying how important it was that it remain where it is.

From AP

Jones said Imam Muhammad Musri of the Islamic Society of Central Florida told him that officials would guarantee that the mosque would be moved.

"I asked him three times, and I have witnesses," Jones said. "If it's not moved, then I think Islam is a very poor example of religion. I think that would be very pitiful. I do not expect that."

However I just saw that The Donald offered to buy the site for 25% more than the owners paid for it.

This could be a game changer, b/c we all know that money is a much holier diety than Allah.

Whatever. Just let Donald buy it, let them move the mosque somewhere else where it wont upset people and they won't have to face constant harassment and all can be right in the world.

He will just have to graduate from an area carpet to a wall to wall style.

I don't believe this is a compromise, PJ. Trump has always said that the mosque shouldn't be there. I think his intention is to prevent them from building it anywhere in lower Manhattan.

I'm sure he'll offer them some other plot of land, but that's not what I call a compromise.

Just caught a few minutes of Keith Olbermann, and he's reporting that anyone they can find who is involved with Park51 is denying any deal.

My signature sums it up for me. I wish these so-called conservatives would read a little Thomas Jefferson.

If Park51 somehow loses its site, I will happily contribute money to help it get real estate even closer to Ground Zero. What can I say? The nimrods protesting this just make me feel like being contrary. And anyone who says I support Islamic terrorism can kiss my Israeli ass. Protesting Florida pastor burning the Quorn
