Bye Corine! This board just won't be as entertaining without you.
Jealous, huh?
Corine, I know you are reading this.Um, that picture that you stole from me is copyrighted, so if you don't want your ass sued you had better pull it off the corner, pronto!
Oh, and the reason you get so many hits is because it is a bigger laugh than the morning chuckles. (No offense, Boobs, but you can't hold a candle to those blog posts of CoCo.
Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Has anyone kept track of how many times Corine has left this site, never to return...until she has something new to shill? She knows she needs this site to work her machinations. How else can people be reminded to follow the train wreck. BWW has been free promotion for a very self promoting, but talentless writer, reviewer, critic, journalist, freelancer, blogger or whatever term suits the mood of the day. It's her means to an end.
Personally I always found your writings of Raku to be a major disservice to them. You prattle on about your Corine Roll without explaining that anyone who has ordered 10 of a speciality roll can have it named after them. You never mention their prix fix dinners or box specials, especially important for those not incline to eat sushi.
Dear Lord, you can't even provide a street address for those who want join you there. The restaurant is dark with a black sign, and small sidewalk sign. You don't know if you're walking in the door of a sushi place or for a palm reading.
And although I've never been a member of NYC and Company I do know enough about tourism and the restaurant industry to realize that the success of a restaurant is predicated on its ability to turn tables, especially when there are so few tables to turn. So when someone describes that they view a restaurant as their living room I don't find it surprising that the venture would fail. Repeatedly calling a restaurant your living room makes you, and it, look the fool. When I dine in a restaurant I want to do so in a dining area, not someone's living room, not someone's kitchen, and certainly not someone's bedroom. There actually is such a thing as bad PR.
i love complete meltdown threads. all we're missing now is the whole deleting of every past post in the thread and everyone else recapping us on what we missed!

Etoile, in my several years of participating in message boards, I have found that everyone who says they're leaving always comes back. And the amount of times that one person says they're leaving, and still comes back, is mind boggling. I guess it proves just how important this place (and others) are to them in their lives. Very sad.
I could never leave. It's just too entertaining. 5 years, baby.

Jane BWW is like heroin, we're all junkies.
Now if Corrine was really serious, as the shutters go down on Raku Thursdsay evening, She and Ray will commit Hari Kiri as CNN broadcasts live on the internet displacint the OJ robbery trial.
Wexy, Corine won't shed a tear. She's already promoting that babmoo 52 place up the wazoo. I think she's over Ray already. You know, out with the old, in with the new!
"Jane BWW is like heroin, we're all junkies."
Wexy-if you keep leaving because of being abused, and you keep coming back for more, well, it's sad. It's not only Corine who does it. We see it all the time here-and how about the sock puppets? They come back too!

Oh, please, I'm getting visions of Corine playing the last 20 minutes of MADAMA BUTTERFLY with Ray as her Pinkerton. It's offbeat casting but it would work.
Thank you, Corine. Next time ask before you use other people's photos.
(oh yea, she is still here.)

But will she return as Corine, Corine2, Corine3, or that persona where she pretended to be a gay man?
She pretended to be a gay man? I bet that is where that Iguana story came in...
Is that a Kimono Dragon?

No, it's the featured entree at Bamboo 52 this week. See all the bamboo?

komodo dragon you mean? no, THIS is what a komodo dragon looks like
I hear they make great sushi.
They both look delish!

And this would be a Kimono Drag-on!

PEOPLE CAN BE HORRIBLE!
Tuesday, November 13, 2007 at 4:01 PM
Hi,
People can be horrible. I just wanted to post that I am taking a few days off from my site. I am having a very bad month and need to fix my apt. (A few pipes burst above my apt and I lost most of my clothing)
I need to clean the mess up so they can come and fix over the place. Corine's Corner is not closing. I am just taking a break, so I can fix up my apt and life.
See you in a week.
Corine
Nooo! Where will I go to get my restaurant bathroom reviews?

"People can be horrible!"
Really? Did someone intentionally burst the pipes?
