Danielle claims that was the secret, but I think there was more to it.

If that indeed WAS it, then Caroline was an idiot for making a big deal out of it. Sure, Danielle probably derived satisfaction from it, but the fault would lay with DINA for doing something illegal. Then again, this is all hearsay and now Dina is saying it's not true.

Danielle leaving two seats for Jacqueline and Dina AFTER they had responded that they wouldn't be attending? Wackjob. And the luncheon for Christine without Christine was like Sheree's fashion show without the fashion! Who gone check her, boo?

Christine is a stunner. She is totally a baby Margeaux Hemingway. I think she has a shot at real success unlike Gia. Teresa must be SEETHING. I'm loving it!

Why has Dina's cat (not Grandma Wrinkles--the other one) been groomed to look like Rhapsody in White from BEST IN SHOW? Do people shave their cats?

I know of a couple of cats who have had to get their hair cut in places where it got too matted or they have knots that won't come out by brushing or combing it. So no, I don't think it is really normal for a cat to be shaved like Ladybug, unless there was a really good reason to do it.

Those fashion shows were kinda cheap looking. I mean I know it's Bryant Park and everything, but they both looked really lame. I mean, why was the audience in the second show standing? And why were the models holding toothbrushes in the first show?

Christine is beautiful. Thank God neither of those kids look anything like their mother.

Teresa's children are nightmares, but I did feel a little bit sorry for Gia when her father was making fun of her to the point that she got upset. What an ass.

That cat hasn't been shaved, it's a hairless breed.

And why are Danielle's children infinitely more worldy, wise and socially acceptable than Danielle? Those bitches better sign their modeling contracts and RUUUUUUN!

I agree, Christine is beautiful. She has got to get away from her mother though. I feel like Danielle is going to ruin this opportunity for her by trying to stick too close. I could see Christine losing out on cosmetic contracts and the like because no brand would want to be associated with the likes of Danielle. Whether the rumors or the book are true or not, Danielle has a horrible reputation.

I think Danielle's youngest daughter sort of looks like her...or at least what Danielle used to look like before sun damage and plastic surgery.

Me too. For example, when she was in the room during that session with the runway coach, she was totally getting in the way. She should leave that to the professionals and just go away.

I actually thought Danielle was kind of okay (compared to Ramona or other stage moms) when standing by at her photo shoot last week. She was very appreciative and considerate of everyone...and the kid was a bit too eyerolly for me, but that's what teenagers do.

The luncheon was the most bizarre thing ever, tho. It was a lunch designed to rub everyone's nose in her kid's success...ridiculous!

I dont know anyone on any of these "Housewives" shows that I would call a good parent...not one person! My favorite would be Vicky's husband from the OC...as a stepdad he's very cool.

Albie is definitely smokin the bone, but will never admit it...I definitely get a downlow vibe from him. He'll probably make a young woman very miserable one day.

Oh...I don't know. Whether it plays out on tv or not, his 'friend' Gregory CLEARLY was sending some kind of signal to the audience. I mean...there was no point in him being there. And when Caroline called him 'Mama'??? Honestly...what straight boy has a friend like that who just comes to hang out?

I agree that Christine is really pretty. Gia looked really awkward on the runway. That kid was such a brat too.

Danielle's daughter is a stunner! I thought she looked like Margeaux Hemmingway too! She just needs the confidence of Gia- who I don't think is pretty at all! Only the 2nd daughter is pretty- IMO. I kinda like Danielle. She's way better than Ramona anyday. She's had a hard life but I like her relationship with her daughters- seems like they are close. Anyway, I saw a photo spread in People magazine. When I first saw it, I thought it was drag queens dressed up as the RHWNJ but it was actually the real women. They don't photograph that well- just sayin'

I agree, doodle; at the photoshoot, I thought she was surprisingly okay. But I think that is probably out of character for her! I expected her to behave like she did in the IMG office. I loved the part in last night's episode where Danielle was saying how important this is to Christine, because she knows that Fashion Week is like, a HUGE DEAL, right up against the clip of Christine saying she didn't really know what Fashion Week was until now. Really Danielle? K.

I don't know who is a bigger idiot, Danielle or Ramona. I mean, Ramona... well. But Danielle was asking her ELEVEN-YEAR-OLD for life advice. That's going to be sound.

Oh, yeah, I was wondering about the white cat, too.

And okay, I'm just gonna say it. Gia is UGLY.

I love that Danielle loves and is proud of her kids, but the creepy role reversal drives me nuts (flash to the car ride when the children had to keep their mother from crashing a party!)

Dina cracked me up with that one!! Christine is so beautiful, but I can totally see Danielle ruining her modeling career (if that's what it turns into). Sooner or later Danielle's daughters are going to get tired parenting her and shut her out completely.

Teresa's family makes me want to puke. Her husband is so mean to their kids and he's so lax about what little monsters they are! WTF?

Danielle's daughter is beautiful, but I agree with Caroline that there's something lacking in her kids. They don't have that playful, innocent quality.

That also reminds me -- it's crossed my mind as being a bit strange that the NJ kids seem to be far more prominently featured than the NYC ones. (I only really watch those two, so I can't speak about OC and Atlanta.) But I find that interesting.

Persian cats are given "lion cuts" quite frequently because they tend to get matted, and it's also much cooler for them in the summer.
