Hell yeah. I put my considerable reputation as a star predictor on the line with my rave for Basket Case without batting an eye.
ADORE HIM.

It warms my heart to hear such great things about someone so dear. Iflit, did you ever get that massage? I know you were gonna try to find some magic fingers before the show. I hope he worked out all your kinks.
Oh, and just how "GAY" was this event? Were there ANY straight guys there?
#81rob maitner playing with friends' playbills
Posted: 6/26/05 at 10:13ami just hope robbie will remember all those people he steppped on in is meteoric rise to fame.

Oh, Sueleen. Who needs magic fingers when you can see great theater?
But seriously, it was a very mixed crowd. There were several (apparently hetero) couples in different age groups, groups of friends, and individuals who came alone. Given the title, it drew a surprisingly "non-specific" audience.

Dear god, Iflit - you're not seriously meaning to imply that this was a theatrical event open to anybody and everybody, are you?
#87rob maitner playing with friends' playbills
Posted: 6/26/05 at 9:56pmShocking, isn't it?
#88rob maitner playing with friends' playbills
Posted: 6/26/05 at 9:58pmno, no, i heard it was gay, gay, gay!

Posted: 6/26/05 at 10:06pmplease, after 2 hours i wouldn't have known my own name and after 4 i'd have been speaking in tongues and sometime between the 5th and 6th hour they woulda had to have me airlifted out after robbie profusely protested any knowledge of who i was even though i was laying on the stage.

Well, I DID manage to get a beautiful young man, who I termed Bottom Scott, to show me his pee-pee.
And it was impressive.

#96rob maitner playing with friends' playbills

Wait, wait, wait...Robbie, someone finally flashed you? What happened to those 2(x)ist boys? They needed to show us their money shots.

Oh please...the 2(x)ist boys were wussies...not showing us their hoo-has!
Bottom Scott, who took to showing EVERYONE his adorable pink undies, had a beautifully shaped hoo-ha and was as proud of that as he was his undies.
All shapes, sizes, colors and genders were represented in the room and everyone was H-O-T. I even gave someone a new nickname for life. He was short, but apparently well-endowed (he wouldn't show it), so he will henceforth be known as 'Kickstand'.
Davey sang Defying Gravity and brought the house down. Brandon Cutrell belted out 'See What I Wanna See' to a thrilling response and, after some technical difficulties, Eddie and I held our second workshop of Losing My Mind: The Self-Immolation of Tom Cruise.
It was a rockin' day with fab lesbians, hot boys, fierce drag queens and lots of booze!! And a really hot bottom from Philly named Brad...I hope he got what he wanted!!!
