Best, that was very close to what was supposed to be the big reveal in Mia's autobiography. At least that was what was going around NYC PR circles in the early-'90s.
Jane, he's tiny because he's a marionette. Someday he hopes to be a real boy.

There's an unpleasant vibe there, too. I get the feeling there are unpleasant things on that man's home computer.

His name is Satchel Ronan Farrow. He was always known as Satchel up until Woody married Soon-Yi, then Mia got pissed off and demanded everyone call him Ronan.

The big reveal in Mia's biography was actually rumored to be that Mia's mother, Maureen O'Hara, was actually the one Frank had the affair with.
That would make Mia his daughter, and Ronan his grandson. (Hence the resemblance.)
But something happened, and the story was cut.
Or so gage gossiping twits at Vanity Fair used to whisper.

Joey, I think you have the wrong Maureen there. Mia's mother was Maureen O'Sullivan, who played Jane in the Johnny Weissmuller Tarzan movies, not Maureen O'Hara.

But clearly she was permanently damaged by her life on Peyton Place and continues to offer paternity plot twists to her real life as the situation calls for them.
