I like that Rosie says whatever she wants. (wrong or right, stupid or smart) She has turned that show into something worth watching. People like what Rosie has to say, they like what she likes. I wish they would have just gotten Rosie, Martha, Rachel and Meghan in one show. That might have been perfect.


Before Joy was just a waste of space, now Rosie validates her existence. Elisabitch is just terrible at interviewing and everyone talks over her. I hate how she sticks to the script during interviews. She is just such a weak personality. I guess though this ensemble talk-show format is very difficult to pull-off any day of the week.

I want them to wish they could get Aisha Tyler for the “black” role. Either her or JLo’s sister. Elisabitch needs an ally.

I think they need to lose some of those lame segments they keep doing. The cheap fashion week was awesome. I’m glad it’s live and I love that everyday they are in the papers. I can’t believe I’m enjoying the View. They need a band! Hmmm maybe they could get Beyonce’s all-girl band when she finishes her tour.

I agree with you about Elisabeth, but not about Joy. I like her--with the puss on her face and all. She reminds me of my aunts. And anyone who has the fab Susie Essman for a best friend can't be that bad!

I also like that Rosie says what she wants, too, though I sometimes disagree with her and become annoyed. She's really brightened up the show and makes it worth watching. Let's hope they kick Babs to the curb soon. She's losing her mind! She's had a great career but it's time to retire.

I highly doubt Rosie would leave the View, she is making so much money there and seems to be enjoying it. Plus, her family is based in NY and her kids are her life, I don't think she'd do that to her kids- Wasn't that the reason she left her original talk show- to raise her kids?

I think so, Clumsy. She said can be there to pick them up from school every day, plus she gets car service there and back! It really is a dream job. Work for two hours a day or so and do whatever the hell you want after that while raking in a sh*tload of money. Elizabeth doesn't know how lucky she is. Zero talent and personality and she makes all that cash. At least Barbara, Rosie and Joy had built real careers before that. Liz got the job because she was on Survivor.

I know she means well - but yesterdays interview with Jeffrey Carlson was just painful. Listening to Barbara, Elizabeth AND Rosie explain the neuannces in the transexual lifestyle was just horrifying. In fact - I think Elizabeth should be forbidden from using the words Transvestite and Transexual completely.

Lizzie- absolutely. I'm surprised you are the only one to have commented on it other than myself.

It's all over the media.

And I'm pretty un-PC myself, but what she did was completely out of line, especially after her LUDICROUS accusation that Kelly Ripa is homophobic.

Rock-bottom stuff.

L4C, I'm jumping on the bandwagon. I just had this conversation just the other day. Rosie accusing Kelly Ripa as a homophobe sealed her fate with me. I'm just so over her over-opinionated self.

Actually Cheno - the incidint was on Monday's show and I was horrified that she did that - Joy also did something to that effect, and I thought "Well - this is going to be on every site and tabloid show" and I very surprised it was not. In fact - being it is just being discussed here now three days after the airing is surprising to me.

Haha, yes! Cheri doing Baba! She was perfect-even better that Baba herself. I wouldn't mind seeing her off the View but she's the producer. I guess she'll stay on there until she loses it.
