Wow. . . there is no way I could work out to showtunes. Let me know how that goes. Haha.
My suggestion is just all of the techno remixes. . . Defying Gravity, Phantom of the Opera, a bunch for Rent, Strongest Suit, etc.

DREAMGIRLS - "One Night Only (Disco Version)"
That's the first thing I thought of...mostly because both versions of the song have been stuck in my head. Personally, I listen to the Act II Finale from Spamalot to get myself pumped. Oh, and the title song from the German musical "Tanz der Vampire", though that's a tad obscure (in America, anyway).

I try to walk to work to 'What You Own' from RENT or 'Fable' from THE LIGHT IN THE PIAZZA. They both have a solid, fast tempo, that makes me walk at an appropriate speed to get to work on time.
