Wow. . . there is no way I could work out to showtunes. Let me know how that goes. Haha.
My suggestion is just all of the techno remixes. . . Defying Gravity, Phantom of the Opera, a bunch for Rent, Strongest Suit, etc.
I love "Tom, Dick or Harry," "Where You Are," and "Gimme Love." The first one if from Kiss Me Kate and the last two are from Chita's Kiss of The Spiderwoman.

DREAMGIRLS - "One Night Only (Disco Version)"
That's the first thing I thought of...mostly because both versions of the song have been stuck in my head. Personally, I listen to the Act II Finale from Spamalot to get myself pumped. Oh, and the title song from the German musical "Tanz der Vampire", though that's a tad obscure (in America, anyway).

I'm sure I agree with a lot of the above posted, but lippa's The Wild Party is a fun mostly upbeat album to listen to while working out.
I try to walk to work to 'What You Own' from RENT or 'Fable' from THE LIGHT IN THE PIAZZA. They both have a solid, fast tempo, that makes me walk at an appropriate speed to get to work on time.
The Born In A Trunk sequence is very good. It lasts a long time and it's Judy.
Maybe it's just me, but I like running to Sweeney Todd's Epiphany. The beat isn't perfect, but the anger makes me focus more. I can only imagine what it looks like.
Most of ABBA is great for running track.

If you want to be really cheesy? "Simon Zealotes" from Jesus Christ Superstar.
Lately I've been working out to Legally Blonde (...yes I know), but I always love using the 30/90 Playout from Tick Tick Boom for running.
