Not a sitcom, but I completely LOVED Nancy Walker as Mildred on Macmillan and Wife.

If I may go a little OT here for a sec, one of my favorite movies of all time is Pillow Talk in which Thelma Ritter's portrayal of the housekeeper Alma is just priceless IMO. Okay, back to sitcom housekeepers. :)

A very young Liz Torres was terrific as Arhcie & Edith's maid, Theresa, over a couple of seasons of All in the Family.
