Sure, pretty = pretty
And, definitely sexy = pretty
And, yes, skinny can = pretty
but skinny does not automatically equal pretty!!
But, what do I know--cute, cub boys feel like they can't get a date, but the fugliest skinny boys are the belle of the ball. YUK!
Hot isn't only porn star, model type, A&F. Hot isn't only Chelsea clone or East Village alternative.

oh, I absolutely agree. I intended for the bulk of my post to be universal even though I slanted certain things toward the gay scene.
It's true for girls, too. Ugly a** skinny girls can get a guy, but beautiful heavy girls are left with an empty dance card. And, that's CRAP.

Really? I must be hanging around the wrong gay village. I'm very skinny. I'm also 22 and average-looking, and I'd like to think I'm a caring, sensitive guy. But I've been out and proud for four years and I've never had a real boyfriend, and my sex life has been pathetic.

Well... I don't agree 100%. The cute boys get the stares, but us average boys fare pretty well.

Skinny's only pretty if it's a natural skinny, I think. Or a healthy skinny. You can tell who's anorexic skinny.
I'd like to make an example here: I was watching Moesha the other day, starring Brandy, and Marissa Jaret Winkour. And Brandy is stick skinny and Marissa is well..not. But I find Marissa to be much much more beautiful.

Oh, I hear ya DayDreamer. I can't complain for myself that much. But, I have been reading so many little things by boys and girls in different threads that created the need for this thread.
