hah that was disgusting..he didn't even "dance". And then they asked him how long he has been dancing and he said since I was little i've been dancing in my bedroom in front of my mirror, with friends, and at clubs. HA!
So afraid of getting older
I'm only good at being young
Wait a second! Has it started again?! And here I didn't know what I was going to watch now that Idol and Top Chef have ended. It is a happy day after all!
I was hoping someone would start a thread about this show..I loved it last year and can't wait to see more already!! I just wish they had shown a little more versatility tonight--it seemed like there were way too many hip hop dancers and not enough lyrical, ballet and ballroom.
So far I loved the blond kid in Charleston with the mohawk--who would've known looking at him that he would've been able to do THAT?
I had no idea! I hope my Tivo is still programmed for it!
"I am open, and I am willing,
For to be hopeless would seem so strange.
It dishonors those who go before us,
So lift me up to the light of change."

I live in Charleston where they had one of the auditions. To tell you the truth I have no idea why. Beautiful city, but it's not like it's really known for the arts. Well besides Spoleto. I watched it. I liked the recovering alcoholic. To me the British guy sounds like he's just trying to be another Simon with How he says his coments. To me you can just as easily say "I don't think you are right for this competition but thank you" without being mean and rude.
You won't truly be you until you can say; I... am ....... a Catholic.
I love this show! And fyi, "the British guy" isn't "trying to be another Simon." His name is Nigel Lythgoe, he's the creator and exec-producer, and he actually exec-produced and created American Idol (along with Simon Fuller and Simon Cowell), so it's not like he's just jumping on the bandwagon or anything like that. Plus, I honestly didn't think he was rude at all. He was nicer than I would have been to quite a few of the contestants who were obviosuly just there to waste everyone's time and get on TV.
HA! Guy with fur coat! Made me giggle. And the lyrical dancer with the mohawk made me drool

The way they treated the little freestyle guy upset me
