Nigel said he thought that the choreographer of last night's "Steam Heat" perfectly captured Fosse's style. I have to disagree. He incorporated some signature Fosse moves without regard to Fosse's style.

Maybe he meant Pearl Fosse of Pearl Fosse's Dance 'n Stuff?

It was Blake who they found last season in the magazine not Blaine. Blake can be seen in the opening number of RENT (movie).

I'm switching back and forth but I did get to see Allison - and she is MAGIC. Good Lord. Unbelievable.

Ivan shouldn't even have bothered - he showed NOTHING right there.

its funny that they pronounce "-a" with an "r" sound.. but all "ar" and "er" ending words have "a" sounds

You know, it's one thing if America votes someone off and gets it wrong, it's quite another when the judges ("experts") do it! Stanislav was great, Ivan was lousy.

As boring as Stanislav's solo was, I am shocked that Ivan stayed, especially based on how poor he did on Wednesday night. I don't think that Stanislav is going to win, but I am surprised at this decision. I wonder if the judges selected the way they did to avoid breaking up partners.

Allison was stunning. She became another favorite for me. That little Ivan boy better step it up.

My DVR cut off the end and I just assumed Ivan was cut. How in the world did they justify kicking off Stanislav instead of Ivan??? Ivan's partner dance was poor and his solo wasn't that great. At least Stanislav shows more versatile ability and technique. That is so messed up.

On another note, I am now addicted to "Unwritten" by Natasha Bedingfield. Since I don't listen to the radio, this show introduces me to new songs I probably would never hear.

They basically said that Stanislav has no personality, and what little he does have does not come across on TV.

Personality can be improved more easily week after week than overall dance technique. That was a bad call. I don't think Ivan will last more than two more rounds. That's just ridiculous.

Ugh, I'm sick of Unwritten already, and I don't listen to the radio. It's just everywhere.

I liked her "I Love You" song much better.

Wednesday night on the show was the first time I've heard Unwritten, though it sounded like a slightly different mix from the album version. I've never heard of the song or the singer before. I love it. I haven't even listened to the whole CD yet.
