I am too pissed to even go back and review what I typed during the show. Shauna has been held back by her partner since week one, and I don't think we ever got a chance to see what she can really do.
Anyway, here's what I wrote:
Tonight’s opening number was a mixed bag for me. Those kids did exactly what Adam Shankman told them to: have fun! However, they were having fun dancing a mediocre number. Now, that takes nothing away from Adam Shankman who, at 42, amazed me with what he was doing while choreographing. Also, I saw “Hairspray” on Tuesday night, and congratulations to Mr. Shankman on a terrific film.
There, fortunately, were no surprises or me in tonight’s bottom three: Anya and Danny, Shauna and Cedric, and Jaimie and Hok.
Anya: This woman who studied international law (OMG!) is pure sex, but ballroom dancers’ solos are so limited. However, she has performed very well so far in the other styles.
Danny: That was really lovely, and I don’t just mean his body. (OMG!) I am not a Danny fan, but, tonight, he danced with more passion than I have seen from him.
Shauna: What a shame that she was in the bottom three yet again. She has never deserved to be there. However, I thought her expression, which was one of real joy, was in contrast to the music to which she was dancing.
Cedric: Regardless of what he did tonight, it is time for him to go.
Jaimie: She is a beautiful dancer. Did anyone else think her expression as she walked over to Cat said, “I am going home tonight”?
Hok: I think it is tough to judge between dancers like Hok and Cedric when seeing their solos alone. Hok, however, has performed consistently well.
At the risk of sounding like a broken record, Cedric is going home tonight. (Please!) As for the girls, that’s a tougher choice. Shauna is safe for the simple reason that, as I said, she has never deserved to be in the bottom three. On solos alone, I would send Anya home. If personalities play a part, Jaimie is packing her bags tonight. I just typed that I think it is going to be Anya, but it could be Jaimie. I just don’t know.
Okay, once again ... COLOR ME (expletive deleted) STUNNED. Shauna, girl, you should be pissed. Another completely unfair decision. Unbelievable.
Well, at least they got it right with Cedric. He is a gracious young man, but he lasted a lot longer than he should have. I can’t help but think his dismissal played a role in Shauna, his partner, also being let go.

For to be hopeless would seem so strange.
It dishonors those who go before us,
So lift me up to the light of change."
