Corine, doll, I love ya.
But we are not being mean to her because she's fat...we're being mean to hear because she's an obnoxious fool who is judgemental and self-aggrandizing.
You know, there are people who happen to be fat who are also terrible human beings. Same with people in wheelchairs, deaf folks, folks with cancer. Sometimes people are just plain rotten, no matter what their situation.
And calling her wedding private when she got corporate sponsorship and came within inches of breaking FCC regulations by hawking those sponsors on THE VIEW is hardly private.
She's fat...who cares?
I only care about the fact that she's THE MOST INSIDIOUS HUMAN BEING EVER TO GRACE MORNING TELEVISION.
Yes...Kathy Lee WAS better.

As my boyfriend will gladly tell you (in a horribly angry tone), I'm a fan of any and all home/style shows. When I turn on the Style Network (ch. 118 ) and see that ranting, screeching succubus Elizabeth hosting THE LOOK FOR LESS, I go fetal and poop myself a little bit.

I have to say I'd be a little pissed if someone rearranged the seating cards at my wedding- I know from watching other people do it that it takes forever to arrange those things. But why yell at them on TV? Geez.

Yeah, Plum, you would think they would see each other for a moment or two backstage when it could be "mentioned". But no, let's do it on national TV!!!

See Corine, THAT'S the kind of behavior we don't like. She's been hawking this wedding for months, even people who don't watch the View had it shoved into their awareness. And THAT is what is disgusting and makes people comment. (IMHO, a wedding SHOULD be private, and it SHOULD be personally meaningful. This seems to have become a huge publicity stunt.) And once people are fed up, all personal failings somehow become "fair game". That part isn't fair, but it happens to everyone who is overdone. Happens to overdone shows too!

Having said that, I rushed to watch the show today after seeing this thread just before it aired, and she seemed remarkably subdued. For her.

Look, I have never watched Star, met Star.
I am probably the only person that does not think what she did at her wedding was wrong.
Sports stars get endorsements for everything. Why was it wrong for Star? Just a thought.
If I could get someone to indorse my wedding I would.

Not to mention the fact that the whole FAIRY TALE WEDDING is just a slap in the face to every gay man and woman who are being denied the right to do the same. Not to mention the fact that maybe Starbitch is such a freiking control queen that maybe Liz and Joy did those things just to irk her.
