Presti now faces ten charges, including assault with intent to cause injury to an officer, reckless endangerment, resisting arrest, and reckless driving. He was released on his own recognizance and has a hearing scheduled for January.

Thanks to no bail the pendulum has swung back in the other direction. Throwing race into every discussion is not helpful. Years ago I was profiled by a black security guard at a Tower store . I had to empty my pockets .Did not even get an apology .Told the guard where he could stick it and left .Never went back there again He was black and I white Should I scream to the heavens. I did see someone shoplifting but I said nothing. It was their problem .
