The Comeback!!!!

Freaks and Geeks
The Class
I always hear Sports Night was excellent.
And I'll agree about Bette Midler's show--I liked it.

"Frank's Place" had some brilliant writing. I really think the show was too good for television. They would have had to dumb it down too much to make it a hit with the masses!

I liked Freaks and Geeks.

Gong back to before a lot of you were born, my favorite show was Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman. Best show of all time.

I own the complete series of Sports Night, one of my favorites. I also agree with those who mentioned Freaks and Geeks.

I'd like to add a very little known show from 1999 called Get Real, it only lasted about 4 or 5 episodes if I remember, but it starred Jesse Eisenberg and Anne Hathaway.

"Creature Comforts". I absolutely LOVED this show but it was definitely too slick for the networks and it died a far too early death.

The original British version had the most wonderful Christmas show which is now available on DVD. I never thought anything would pass my old, all time favorite Christmas animation (Grinch) but this one has now moved into first place. It's fantastic!

"oh yeah, Jack & Bobby was good
I wanted to see where that would go"

YES! As soon as I saw this thread: My mind went straight for Jack and Bobby: Well-written, well-acted and well-put together. It was completely unfair this show never went anywhere.
Great stuff there.

Reunion!
I was so pissed that they cancelled it before we even got a resolution to who the murderer was: So much potential there.

Others:
Drive
The Class
