Summary:
Natalie is now engaged and can't play in the veto competition.
Jordan doesn't know the meaning of "strike a pose."
Kevin cranked up the annoying for his diary room and uses the word "biznatch" probably twice a session.
Michele is still socially awkward, but I love her.
Kevin and Michele are up on the block.

Posted: 9/7/09 at 1:34pmI only saw the last 15 minutes. Natalie is engaged? Why does that mean she can't play for veto?
#528
Posted: 9/7/09 at 2:48pmshe gave up the chance to play in the veto comp to see her boy friend for 5 minutes and he proposed.

Before seeing last night, I'd read online about Nat and her engagement. I thought it was another lie, and kinda still think it was staged for America to like her. She showed zero emotion, maybe she doesn't have any? It didn't work for me.
Any chance Kev. does keep Michele? I doubt he will, he talks like he will in the DR etc. but then does the opposite. I think Nats. chances of winning are getting smaller by the day. With all the lies I think anyone can beat Nat. We'll see...

Posted: 9/7/09 at 5:16pmI also thought the engagement was very strange. She did not show the slightest bit of emotion. Everything she did seemed fake. She didn't show any geniune smiles, hugs, or happiness. Not even a tear. I mean, she hasn't seen the guy in two months(?). I would expect anyone to be absolutely ecstatic to see someone from home! That poor guy. I thought the twist-tie ring (and the story behind it) was kinda cute. Too bad Natalie didn't seem to care. It was probably the most pathetic proposal I've ever seen due to Natalie's lack of emotion.

Posted: 9/7/09 at 5:20pmOh, I thought the copycat, roach, and baby were pretty funny. Kevin kept screaming and running away from them. I think that only encouraged them to be more annoying. lol

Not everyone is emotional when it comes to these things. And to be bombarded with all of that in only 5 minutes...she was probably slightly in shock.
And gee....she really doesn't care who gets sent home, eh?

Posted: 9/8/09 at 12:05pmNatalie puts Kevin up on the block as an excuse to "fake out" Michele and Jordan with no reasonable explanation, gives up POV to see someone she's going to see in a couple of weeks reducing Kevin's chances in the POV competition, then makes up the most ridiculous and transparent lie to cover it up (again, with no reasonable explanation), THEN pathetically backpedals when it falls through. And Kevin still thinks about taking her to the Final 2? WHY?!?! The more he gives in to her, the more he validates her as a strong manipulative player while coming off as increasingly weak and dependent to the others. If Michele survives this week, I seriously hope she wins HOH. She may have a better chance at beating Natalie, but Kevin needs to take either Michele or Jordan to the Final 2 with him. If not, it may appear to the jury that his misguided loyalty to Nat is sign of her strategy, not his.

Posted: 9/8/09 at 9:38pmNatalie and Kevin being the final two just RUINS this season for me. ugh.

Posted: 9/8/09 at 10:11pmHopefully that won't happen... I'm still holding out for a Kev/Jordan F2. I hope Nat doesn't win final HOH and after all the lies I hope Kev/Jordan are to smart to pick her. NOO NAT!

Posted: 9/9/09 at 6:50amKevin wins round 1. Jordan dropped first (of course) and Natalie is so convinced that Kevin will take her to the final two that she dropped shortly after Jordan. On to round 2.

Brain twister is part two, right? Talk about a meeting of the mindless!
If Kevin wins POV, I think he'll be smart enough to take Jordan...which will set him up best for a win.
If Natalie wins POV, I do think she'll be dumb enough to take Kevin and with her big lie about her age, even though Kevin doesnt know that yet, Kevin wins.
If Jordan somehow wins POV, I have no idea who she'll take...she's such a bubblehead it could be either. I dont think she has a chance with either, tho.

Jordan stands ZERO chance of winning the next part.
It's almost like the producers are telling Kevin to say nasty things about Natalie in the diary roon so that the viewers have somebody to like in the final 2. Because when he is with Natalie, he's following her plans and her orders.

I have to stick up for Jordan... she did last about 3 1/2 hrs last night. Which is alot longer than I thought she (or any of them) would last. Kev. does not trust Nat. They debated alot before Nat. finally dropped, Kev would not drop and let Nat. win.
The next part is a toss-up I really hope Jordan can pull through.
I think Kevin and Nat. will both take Jordan in the end. IF Jordan does win the final HOH (fingers crossed), I think she takes Kevin. She thinks Nat has to many friends in the Jury.
Kev/Nat F2 makes me sick, but when (IF) that happens I really hope Kevin wins.
Who is everyone voting for AC? I'm voting Michele.

I voted for Michele as well!
And I totally agree, I NEVER thought Jordan would have lasted as long as she did. She knew she needed to stick around and so she tried as hard as she could! Good for her! Of the 3 left, I def want Jordan to win :)

I voted for Michele. The website only allows you to vote once. You can text up to ten votes for $1.00/text.
At this point, if Kevin wins HOH and takes Nat, he deserves to lose. And what was the point of Nat's idea to pretend she wasn't aligned with Kevin only to very excitedly share celebratory drinks (alcoholic, at that) in front of Jordan and Michele when Kevin won POV? How on earth did she or Kevin stand to benefit from that rather short-lived ruse and why then wait to jump for joy when they're in the HOH room alone after she already let the cat out of the bag? It's like Natalie is trying to lose. She's shot herself in the foot so many times she needs a prosthetic leg. And she still somehow believes she's morally superior to Michele, which now puts her ahead of Lydia as the most self-deluded player all season. Natalie may have played strategically well enough to carry her to the final two or three, but she sure hasn't given much thought to actually winning which was only underlined by her DR in which she states she still plans to take Kevin to the final two.
