I love the WW pizzas.
Congrats Sum... wow, you're 4" taller than I and weigh less than I do. Hm... (I tipped the scales at 240 at my heaviest)

Congrats JRB! *muah!*
I only dropped 10 pounds before my trip (not my goal of 20), and re-gained 4, but after all that good eating, I can't say I regret it too much! (Perhaps it was in muscle since I walked so much - at least that's what I'm telling myself!)

Jerby looks AMAZIMG! After bemoaning the fact that I hadn't lost a pound all week, I did in fact loose three over the weekend--all that yardwork and hand clapping at SO4 must have done it. And, I hit the 25 lbs. down mark! Ten more to go.
Hang in there gang!

I gained a pound and a half last week.
I haven't worked out for over a week cuz I was sick and cuz I was in jury duty and cuz I was in work.
But, this week will be back to work!!

A couple'a pounds... regular fluctuations. I fluctuate about 5 pounds up and down... so I average.
Undi... shake it off and hop right back on the wagon!

How are we doing? This is the roughest time of the year between all the temptation and the fact that winter makes me wanna stock up fat and hibernate!
I only gained a pound from Thanksgiving! I imagine that is a record low for ME.
I feel like I am slowly but surely losing still. I am almost about to cross another hurdle--getting into the 150s. However, I have reached an important milestone--being able to wear jeans I haven't worn since '96.
So, folks, let's keep being inspired. Budget those holiday treats into your weekly points. Keep up the exercise! It's gonna be a thrill being able to say KEEP losing weight instead of START losing weight when we make our New Year's resolutions!!

Our little boy's all growed up? He still looks three to me.
I'm very happily right in my zone BMI index but I'm still going ot make it a New Year's resolution to lose a final 10 pounds and get some wiggle room.
Fortunately, I made it through Thanksgiving and didn't gain a pound. I'm hoping to do the same through Christmas.

Just as long as I get some of that wiggle room, it's all that matters
#246re: The BWW Weight Watchers Club
Posted: 11/29/05 at 9:13pmI went pretty far off during the week of Thanksgiving, but still lost one pound this week. Grand total so far: 40 lbs in 5 and a half months. The real challenge is going back on program post Thanksgiving, but seeing my entire family at Christmas is a very good motivator.

Wow. Rock on, Yodamarie! I'd love to see that before and after. I'm currently at 41 lost.
