Whining is always allowed!
But don't beat yourself up for the slight setback... make it greater motivation!

I actually LOST 2/10 of a pound despite this past week's naughtiness!
Let that be an inspiration that you can succeed and live well doing WW!
Now, next week, I may not do so well, but that's ok. I am planning on being wild NYE and Day!

Well, see! The holidays don't have to be a guilt-ridden shame spiral!
Though sometimes they are more fun that way!

My size 14 pants are falling off my butt, and I'm thrilled. I want to get down to a size 8/10, I just have so much tummy fat.
But it's melting away, slowly but surely! I would love to fit into an 8 again, I can't wait!

I had a Fresh Direct delivery on Wednesday nite and my shorts just slid right down as I opened the door. Fortunately, I was able to get them back up before the delivery guy got to my landing!
There are about ten jokes I just set myself up for in that comment. lol
Anyway, falling clothes--a good problem to have!

oh Jerby, you are so dirty.
I freaked out. I haven't lost any weight in a few weeks but I guess things are shifting.
I actually just bought a pair of size small sweatpants and put on a smaller pair of jeans. I didn't buy them, they were still a touch tight, but I did kind of freak. IT's a happy feeling.

I am a bit, but I was smart enough to do a somewhat easy workout and not overdo it.
I had a REALLY bad weigh in last week so I am completely recommitted.

HA, if only that were true! I need to start double-posting more...
But, anyway, good for you! Keep us posted on your progress, there are plenty of BWWers here to cheer you on!
I resolved to lose 3 pounds each month this year. If I lost three pounds each month, I would be able to fit into my high school prom dress again!! To say "36 pounds" sounds so daunting, but to say "three pounds" sounds so much better and more managable. Here we go!

Posted: 1/5/06 at 12:43pmAfter I go to the meeting tonight I will set my goal. Thanks for the encouraging words Mistress. It really does mean a lot to me.

Posted: 1/5/06 at 10:11pmI went to the meeting today and while I didn't necessarily like the meeting itself (I felt like I was at an AA meeting) I did like the encouraging words and personal stories from the people. It really was motivating. I just wanted to go right out and eat a big salad and exercise all night long. But, baby steps . . . baby steps.
