I'll let you know in a few days how the core program is.

As I just started, I'm still in that "I want to eat everything I can't" phase!! And that wouldn't go away no matter which program I was on.

No change at all this week. That's always such a disappointment. Oh well, I guess that just means I'll have more to lose next week.

I didn't even weigh in this week...lol. I woke up yestereday and got on my home scale and was up 4 pounds from the previous DAY. I went to get dressed and could't get my rings on. I was not about to go and upset myself when I knew it was all water weight. I just slept another hour and then spent the whole day walking through the city and the park. I would have had a crap time if I had gained this week.

Oh well, here's to a better week THIS week.

I don't understand how spinach is good on the core program, and whole wheat flour is ok, but spinach pasta is like 8 points??

Probably the same evil wizard that makes a half of a can of Progresso Soup 0 points, but a whole can 2 points.

Down 1.4 this week for a total of 25.6 in 11 weeks. Add that to the 10 I lost before joining WW and I am pretty damn pleased!

Greetings from the Amazing Plateau Girl. No change for the third week in a row.

How's everyone else doing?

Down 2.4 this morning. 28 total since joining. I am really pleased since a pulled muscle kept me out of the gym last week.

My leader does a monday meeting, so I may switch from Sunday at 8 am to Monday at 10. Random thoughts from the treadmill...

I cannot imagine getting up every Sunday for an 8 a.m. weigh in. I like my sleep, yo.

I think I have to get back to the gym. I've been putting it off, but it's time.

Well, Sunday at 8 has been good for my social schedule. I go to the men's meeting at 8, which is mostly women, but more colorful than a regular meeting. They talk about strippers and Viagra and fun stuff. Then we, myself and the two guys I go with, usually stay for the second meeting. After that, I hit Wegman's for a bagel and bottle of water and then jump on the train and head to the city. Mondays may be better, though.

And Mauri, do you do flex or core? My leader said when you are plateauing like that, you might wanna think about switching it up for a week or two.

I'm on flex. I've heard that switching plans can help, but I think I'm too picky for core. I've looked at it before, and I really have no idea what I'd eat on that plan.

I am on day one of the brd diet. I need to drop 10. I should lose more, but I am being realisitic.

Yeah, Core is more of a modified Atkins diet. I don't know that I could do it. I like my 100 calorie packs too much...lol.

Yes, gotta love anything that's only two points!

I'm down two this week, and feel like I've been doing pretty well.

Just to share... the little hostess mini-muffin 100 calorie packs (3 in each) in carrot cake, banana muffin, cinnamon coffee cake and blueberry muffin are only 1 point because there is so much fiber. I didn't care for the blueberry, but the rest are great.

Yeah, go for the hostess ones. They have cream cheese frosting and cream in the middle. Much better.

I was down 4.2 last week, very happy about that. Much more worried about this week, haven't been doing so well. Gotta get my tuchas to the gym more!

can i be part of your little (rather large) group?
i'd rather do this with people online with common interests then meetings with people i'll never speak to again.

The more the merrier! I do both. I post here and hit my weekly meetings. I love my leader. She's kind of crazy.
