That's awesome Blue! How are you liking the program so far?

I just weighed in. I'm down 6.4 this week. That's 17.4 in four weeks. I am pretty happy about that!

Excellent work Jerseygirl and Blueroses!

I continue my slow, but steady, losses. I am down 12lbs since Jan 2nd. I feel good, and it is really showing in the way my clothes fit now!

I stand corrected, you are as vapid as they say.

Thanks guys. It's a good program, JG, and am very familiar with it since I've been on it more times than I can count! I just find the weekends to be a bitch...I'm more disciplined and structured during the work week (with writing down, counting points, water intake, everything).

17.4 in four weeks? Fantastic!

Nice work, SP78!

I've still had a really difficult time breaking the food rut, although the last two days have been good. I suspect this will be the last week without a loss for a while.

I also had an hour long workout at the gym this morning which felt great!

I'm at a plateau, I think. I've been exercising more than usual lately and watching what I eat, but the scale hasn't budged for a few weeks. Anyone have pointers?

Not officially (because I can't afford it at the moment), but I've been pretty mindful of points values and trying to shoot for the amount for my current weight.

At the last meeting they told us that as we lose, to keep checking that we're in the right points range (b/c we lose points as we lose pounds). Maybe switch it up a little bit with the food? That's something I heard works (bringing in different things) and that is hard for me since I'm so picky! Introducing different fruits, vegetables and forms of protein, etc.

Yeah, I'll try changing things up some. I'm probably due for a bit of a slowdown, having lost about 60 pounds so far. Thanks for the suggestions. weigh in

Down 4.6 pounds this week after a three-week-in-a-row gain. I'm so happy right now.

I didn't post yesterday because I didn't lose this week. I was not happy. I am not sure what happened. I worked out 5 days and totally stuck to the program. Oh well. It's a new week.

You've been doing so well, JG, that it was bound to catch up with you eventually. WW recommends you lose 1-2 pounds a week, and it seems you were losing much more than that. Your body is probably just balancing out the loss. But, anyway, it's just one week. Don't let it get you down.

Sure. I went through a very similar experience when I started out over the summer. It was quite unsettling when things started calming down after the first few weeks.

I'm down another 3 pounds this week. They took another point away, and I don't even care! ::dances::

How's everyone else doing?
