THE PHANTOM OF THE ESCARGOT: Rare, imported escargot is sauteed in garlic, herbs and "du vin blanc". Served in their original shells and personally brought to the table by masked waiters. C'est magnifique!

Greens, greens, and nothing but greens:
Parsley, peppers, cabbages and celery,
Asparagus and watercress and
Fiddleferns and lettuce--! And of course:The SPECIAL beans!

HOUSE OF FLOURS: A flatbread composed of whole wheat, oatmeal and semolina flours, bathed in imported olive oil and seasoned with fresh rosemary. Each serving is garnished with edible flowers. An exotic delight!

LAST OF THE RED HOT LIVERS: Sauteed calf's liver smothered in mushrooms and onions. Seasoned with anchovies and special spices, this delicacy is served on a bed of mashed potatoes. This is customarily enjoyed with a scalding hot cup of James' Coco.

Fresh baked rolls, served with fresh butter. When you're done you'll wish you could go back in time so you could eat them all over again!
Sunday in the Park With Georgia Peach Cobbler

LET 'EM EAT STEAK! A half pound of top sirloin, marinated in garlic, onions and soy sauce and broiled to perfection. Served with sauteed mushrooms and lots and lots of corn. For dessert, perhaps wintergreen a la mode?

MY FAIR LADY FINGERS: Freshly baked lady fingers are soaked in port and served with fresh fruit and whipped cream in a basket-shaped serving dish. Absolutely loverly!

The freshest broccoli, carrots, endives, parsip and radishes surround our famed dips that are named for Bialystock, Bloom and Mel Brooks. This dish alone has won more awards athan any other meal on our menu!

NIGHT OF THE GRILLED IGUANA: For the more adventurous diners, this perfectly grilled igiana is a rare treat! The iguana meat is delicately seasoned with citrus and sage--making it smell like a Yankee Candle. It is served on paper plates and consumed with Diet Coke With Lime (which is Divine!)
