May the Holy Anthony Warlow Congregation commence
Would anyone like to give a testimony on when you first heard Anthony's voice and the reaction you had?

I first heard Anthony on the Les Mis CSR.
And eargasms occured.
And occured.
And occured.
And J&H came into my life.
"Came into" being the operative expression.
Him + Linda Eder = My ears in the Bahamas.
Then I bought two of his CDs - "Just in Time" and "Center Stage."
They are wonderful!
Thank you, my son.
I too had multiple eargasms when I first experienced the power of Warlow. I was listening to the Complete Jekyll and Hyde recording and when he started singing, I just knew that I had to get everything he ever put on cd. I then purchased 4 of his cds and bought the MAIN EVENT dvd (australian region) that will only play in my Mac and I just could not get enough of him.
Oh my dear lord. It's about time there was a Warlow thread!
I first experienced the eargasmic voice of Anthony Warlow on the Les Misérables Complete Symphonic Recording. It made me melt. I continued on my quest for Warlow by listening to the Australian recording of The Secret Garden and then, finally, the Concept Recording of Jekyll and Hyde. He never fails to turn me into a gooey puddle with his ability.
Love for Anthony Warlow!
This, in my opinion, is his best cd.
I hear it's quite lovely, but shamefully, I have not had the chance to hear it yet.
Three Thousand Hail Warlow's for you young lady.
Also, you must hear "Midnight Dreaming." That is my second favorite cd of his.

I love JUST IN TIME. Except they made it really slow....the orchestrations.
I'm surprised you even know of him. I first saw him when he was about 22 playing Sky Masterson in GUYS AND DOLLS in the 80's at Her Majestys Theatre Melbourne (

I think he means because Warlow is an Aussie performer. And speaking to all of us, it's not all about you, BSo, dear.

Why is half my message missing...?
I went on to say I ...that's it at left. Also saw him in LES MIS,PHANTOM, THE SECRET GARDEN.The new song that is in the current ANNIE tour was written for him by Strouse/Charnin for the 2000 Oz tour of that show.
Your av is Her Majesty's Theatre? Very cool.
Hm... don't know him. Will have to check him out before I join, eh?
He is my favorite male singer of any genre. And I wish he would come and do a tour of the states in a show so I can finally see him live.
I think he is about to do some concerts of Broadway related music at the Sydney Opera House.

Oh about he does some Sydney music here on Broadway!
This is a fantastic idea whose day has come, spidey.
First found Mr. Warlow on the CSR of Les Miz. Fell deeply in love. Purchased Centre Stage...fell even more deeply in love. Then came the concept album of Jekyll and Hyde--"This is the Moment" gave me such chills I almost didn't survive the experience. I downloaded a LOT of his songs from Napster. Then came Back in the Swing and more recently, Face the Music.
I am so in love with this man's voice! I recently obtained a bootleg recording of Phantom of the Opera in Sydney, and it's the only recording of the show I've been able to stand.
All hail Mr. Warlow--the One True Enjolras, Henry Jekyll/Edward Hyde Extrordinare, the Epitome of Erik, and Amazing Archibald Crane.
Anthony Warlow is LOVE!!!
I do agree that NO ONE has yet to have the power and seduction of Anthony Warlow as the Phantom. He is coming out with another cd this year of British folk songs and ballads. CAN NOT WAIT to get my hands on that.
For those guests that have come to our service today, here is the link to his official website. Look around, hear clips from his cds, and induldge yourself with all things Warlow.

Kitzarina, I have bad news for you. Anthony Warlow never did PHANTOM in Sydney, the Sydney PHANTOM was Rob Guest. Warlow did the first year only of the show when it first opened in Australia in Melbourne. Marina Prior was Christine at that time. Is there a date on your bootleg? That will tell when/who it was recorded with.
Then it was Melbourne. Either way, it is certainly Warlow. And it is Marina Prior as Christine--she's the only one I've ever been able to stand. They can almost make PotO not suck
Just wanted you to be sure where it was taped. Melbourne never wants to be confused with Sydney and Sydney never wants to be confused with Melbourne (it's a rivalry thing).
