Single cover.
Ugh, font. The picture's not bad, though. Neither was the one on the CD cover, though. I almost feel worse for the photographer than Adam, having decent work destroyed by bad Photoshopping.

Oh my goood the single is SO GOOD!!!
It's RIDICULOUSLY radio-ready, and it's just so catchy it's not even funny!
His voice is a little heavily synthesized, but it works for this particular song stylistically, so as long as it's not like that on ALL the songs, it'll be all good :P
Seriously guys, it is a HOTTT song. And I don't even usually like dance music much!!

I was all "LOL WAT?" because he sounds so unlike himself in the verses. But that's probably good, because it'll show those who dismiss him as screechy that he can do anything with his voice. Even limiting and mainstreaming it.
I'm not sure if I think it's good yet, but I think I do like it.

^haha yeah, see if ALL the songs were going to sound like this, I might be slightly worried, but I think there's going to be a LOT of variety on the album :)
This really is a PERFECT single though! Even if it's not technically the best song, it's sooooo catchy and danceable!! It's one of those songs that's just so obviously going to be a huge seller. hehe

I think there's an MJ vibe that's very...zeitgeisty.
I do enjoy that it's fairly perverted.

SO. CATCHY. eeep
I've decided that it definitely sounds very Britney Spears-esque, but his voice is 10000000000000000000000000x less annoying than Britney's and he can actually sing his bootay off, so that's what makes the difference. hehe
I like it.
It's kind of a mash up of Sam Sparro's 'Black & Gold', a Britney track and a song I really can't place right now.
Do really like it though, sounds like a grower.
Plus, it's put him on another level which will appeal to mainstream and prevents him from being dismissed as a glam-rock karaoke singer that can shriek to the high heavens. Which of course is forgivable, because that's all he did on American Idol.

I like it! The single cover is so so much better.
Agreed about the single cover. Where are you guys hearing the song?

I've been mostly a lurker over these parts, but I've been following Adam since he was on American Idol and I adore him. I'm really liking the new song, even though it is over synthesized and Britneyesque, but we know that is what will sell records. I agree the beat is a lot like that of Black and Gold. It's very catchy, and I'm currently on my 4th listen.
StockardFan - just stick Adam's name into youtube and hundreds upon hundreds of uploads of the song pop up. They can't delete them all, more just keep popping up. Heh.

So. Good.
The lyricsss.. they're so dirty.. and yummy.. and I love them :P
Thanks you guys.......
I don't know if I like it or not. I usually don't listen to that kind of music. Maybe it'll grow on me.
I have my Oprah Adam segment waiting for me when I get home and am pretty jazzed about that!
It's very cute, Evie.....he's just so happy with his life right now.
Wow the number one requested "reality star"! Congrats Adam!

ooomg I love it. Love. It.
The first time listening through I think it wasn't quite what I was expecting, but then I listened them again and they grew on me a ton, and now I am addicted to like every song on the thing!!
Soooo so good. I need to hear the full songs, like, right now.
I cannot even pick any stand outs because I love them all!! The one I'd say stuck out to me the most especially at first was Aftermath, but that's just because it's really really pretty. But the edgier ones are freaking AWESOME. And they're not dance music, they're rock beats with electronic production on them, just as he said they would be! Amazing
Ok I'm hyping this way too much. I shall stop now. haha.
The Muse song is amazing, 'Soaked' It's gorgeous! And Gaga was right, Fever is suited for Adam. What attitude.
There is more processing of vocals on some tracks than others, but all in all, I love it!
Music Again is so Mika. And Aftermath is the one that Alisan Porter wrote with him, right?
So much to take in. I'm impressed for a 19 album. Sleepwalker is a little too Ryan Tedder for me, but that probably means it will be a hit.

Don't know if you guys heard this one yet, but Kidd Cradock played another Adam song this morning called You Make Me Wanna Hear Music Again (I think).
It's very Queen-esque. Completely not the disco sound of his single.
ETA, I see it's called just music again and it's on the ukamazon link.

^Wait, he didn't play ALL of Music Again, right? Because like.. if he did, I NEED THAT SHIZ PRONTO!! haha
Music Again sounds amazing And yeah, MOST of the album isn't dance! Music Again in particular is totally in the realm of Mika/Queen/The Darkness. Actually, quite of few of the songs have that sound. Music Again, Sure Fire Winners (which is very "We Will Rock You"-esque), Strut, and Fever to an extent. Although Fever has a little more funk influence I think.
The only ones that are really dance are For Your Entertainment and If I Had You (which is straight up disco- and my least favorite song on the album for that reason. I hate disco. lol)
Aww.. Those 'do do do's' kinda get stuck in your head from 'If I had you'
I really want to hear Music Again. Hello, Mika!
How can one guy sound like a different voice on every track?
Kara may have redeemed herself with Strut.

I'm sorry, but from that little clip, I still much prefer Gaga's version of Fever: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c4AqSxcoqzM
The rest of the CD sounds great, though! Definitely digging it.
I'm glad the whole thing isn't like FYE, because I really don't know if I like it.
It's interesting about Fever. I've been reading that a lot of people aren't crazy about the Fever snippet yet Gaga was in the studio coaching Adam through the recording. I guess their vision of the song isn't as well received as her initial demo version.
