Yeah, the stage door seemed manageable even though I watched from across the street. It was amusing to watch people walk down the street with no idea of what was happening. One man asked the family next to me who was over there and the father looked at him and said "Elvis." Cracked me up. Also amusing was the girl who said, "Look mom, it's the guy from A Knight's Tale!" She thought Anthony was Paul Bettany.
Tink- I guess I shouldn't say new stuff as far as Light My Candle goes but I would say that it seemed to me that Tamyra racked her brain over the weekend to think up new moves to make Adam mimic. But seriously, keep an eye on the dancing.
I'll have to take another look, but I think I might have a shot of Anthony and the bodyguard, so we're almost all the way there.

see, this is what I don't understand about Adam fans. Yes, it's funny to joke around but what are they trying to prove? It's like the thing with the sweat stain - I mean it's cute to be funny, but something like this is just bizarre.
He's probably like "?????"
oh dear theres so many issues with that lol. the issues of why on earth would you post that as well as issues with the picture itself. it is so obviously photoshopped
Not to mention that, if it's the same pic I've seen before, it's honestly not nearly as nice as the real thing.
Glad to hear the stage door situation is becoming more manageable.
I'm curious about the changes in LMC, but I have to say -- at the risk of sounding like a conservative purist -- I hope they don't get too silly. It's such a sweet scene... simple on the surface, but rather emotionally complex underneath the flirtation. It does call for some humor, but it needs to be properly balanced -- it can be very touching in its sincerity, and I hope that while it *should* be kind of light, that doesn't get lost. I just hope they aren't getting too hammy to the point that it looks forced. This is all so great that I'm reluctant to see anything I don't like, heh.
I'm also glad about the stagedoor.
Only Adam and this thread can make me happy right now.

I agree about Light My Candle. I think that Mimi breezing into the loft definitely gets Rogers attention, and there is a strong attraction there - but there is still a lot of tension when she leaves, and he's sort of left dumbfounded. I feel like if they get too silly it might make it seem as though Roger isn't left wanting more, you know? There needs to be that tiny bit of restraint - just enough to signify that while Mimi got the ball rolling, they aren't too comfortable with each other yet. The cuteness was fine at Rent 10, I'm not sure the same tricks will transfer to this run. I'd hate for it to look like a farce.

MYB, you know what the real thing looks like?
For the record, the picture isn't photoshopped, but it isn't Adam regardless.
the one i saw was clearly adam's head on what was clearly NOT his body. it was very obvious, that's why i assumed it was photoshopped.
GG what's the matter dear?
We're all talking about the same picture, and it's not Adam. Not any of it.

lol, I remember the first time I saw that pic when I googled Adam's picture, I was like what....

I didn't really notice any changes in Light My Candle as of last night, and I didn't feel it was too silly. I think it's the best of Adam and Tamyra's scenes together. I love him in Another Day, but her acting in it seems so obvious and cliche to me.
And honestly, I don't think it's been confirmed by anyone (at least to my knowledge) that the picture isn't of him, but everyone's logical guess is that it's not. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the possibility still exists, however slight. I'd personally bet no. I don't think any of it is or was photoshopped; it's probably just another guy altogether.

I have zero frame of reference, so your guess is as good as mine!
I'd hope with all my being that the picture is not of Adam. I don't think that's like him, at all.
Nothing too serious is the matter. I've been going to a volleyball camp for a bit where they've been working us hard ("pushing us to our potential") and I'm not exactly the most athletic person. And the temperature in the gym we were in was the same as outside (pretty hot). So I'm really sore and tired. Hopefully, I'll get used to it. i think it's just that I haven't done much since the fall. (End explanation/rant)

I doubt it's him, but if it is, it's probably the result of him being young and stupid rather than indicative of anything he'd do today. If it is of him, it wouldn't affect my opinion of him, really.
yeah me either. i did some stupid **** when i was younger that i sure wouldn't do today. stuff that i am sure will come back to haunt me one day

Did someone really just use the phrase "wet dream" in a myspace post to him regarding that pic? oh man.
Whenever I do an image search through Google for Adam's name, the same picture of Russell Crowe always comes up - every time. I don't know what that's all about
I'm perfectly aware of what picture it is. Someone here (Chloe I think?) found it well over a year ago and it's already been discussed in-depth. The original site it was discovered on, someone linked to it saying "Hey, I saw this on some porn site and it reminded me of Adam Pascal." They weren't trying to imply that it was him, just that they looked similar. No one photoshopped it to make it look like Adam. No one (originally) tried to advertise it as Adam. Then Adam fans at large discovered it and it took on this mythic life of its own. But there's no sense in proclaiming it some giant conspiracy against Adam fans; it's just a look-alike.
That's good, then. A weird story, but good that it's not Adam.
thanks for telling us how this all came around skittles. it is kind of like the internet version of that game we used to play as kids. you know, where you whisper something in one persons ear and then they whisper it to the next, and it keeps getting passed down the line. by the time it gets to the end, it's something else entirely.
A corrupted version of "telephone".
yeah that's it

haha
But seriously, keep an eye on the dancing.
Adam mimicing Tamyra's dancing was hilarious. They're jsut silly enough to make it work.
