"Food Allergies


As all of you already know, my son Lennon has food allergies and my
wife, Cybele is very proactive in raising awareness. On January 11th,
at The Landmark on Main Street show I am doing something a bit
different. There will be a table with some autographed cd's,
autographed photos and a few autographed posters from the evening.
There will also be a dessert meet and greet reception after the show.
The dessert reception will be for the first 10 people who donate
$75.00. This entitles you and one guest for a meet and greet with me
after the show. All donations support FAAN and Landmark on Main
Street."

Though having that small amount of people to have dessert/talk with does seem awkward.

Interesting concept, but not sure how it would turn out. But even if it is awkward, he raised $750 at least for the cause. I mean it doesn't state how long the meet and great will be, could be 10 minutes worth of smile for a picture, great, ok bye! lol.

But safe to say there will be no "stage dooring" that night.

Well, it's not like they can assume all of the people going will happen to have allergies. I have to say, however, that in a purely hypothetical sense because I'm not going to that show, allergen-free desserts probably would get me to spend the money.

I didn't mean to assume that everyone attending would have food allergies - but I think they should at least have allergy free dessert options. If you're paying $75 for a dessert reception, you should at least be able to enjoy it. I mean, other than the fact that you'd be able to mingle with Adam

It feels really weird to know that I am not going to any of his upcoming shows. I'd probably feel a bit remorseful or something if it wasn't for the AitW benefit.

lol, that's what I meant. I wouldn't assume that they'd make it all allergy free on purpose assuming everyone who donates has food allergies, but it'd seem sort of ironic.
