Adam never seemed to bother removing his stage makeup after the Rent return. I realized that when I was trying to crack the code of why he looked almost atypically attractive.

The one time I got a good look at him at the stagedoor, he did look extraordinarily good.

When I got close to the him at the stagedoor, it was under the circumstance of nearly smashing his chin with my head as the fans surged behind me. From what I could tell, his chin looked quite nice.

Here's something new. It's a TV spot for Bring in the Noise, and at the end is a rather odd little ad for Rent that I've never seen before. It reminds me of those Sweeney commercials that suggest it's a romp in the park. Unfortunately the quality is pretty bad.

I saw Noise/Funk with the original cast (but stupidly passed on Rent). It was really great. I have the CD and recommend it, just to hear Jeffrey Wright's golden voice. He's the one in the first shot.

It looks like he's got a pretty good tour shaping up within the next few months.

Civilian was delayed a really long time, from what I gather.

I wonder why there isn't more buzz about Alive in the World, since some of the other actors in it are quite popular too, or at least are in popular shows.

Not that Rent's message isn't positive, but the show isn't exactly a walk in the park.

And yeah, Civilian was pushed back like 47 times.

And me too, although I get the impression that as far as someone like Lea Michele is concerned, people only care about her if it's got something to do with Spring Awakening. They're interested in her in the show, not in her as a performer, you know?

I think you must be right about that, but I'm surprised. Also, some people just don't seem to read. I checked out Toby Lightman's myspace, where her latest blog announces being in the show, plus lists the dates on the main page, and someone comments "Are you doing any shows in NYC soon?"
