After all of that, I was just able to get my ticket, although it seems as though I got the last balcony seat for Monday night. It's very strange that you had problems too, Emcee.
If the author of that blog thinks that going to Rent twice is grounds for judging, I would hate to hear what she would have to say about the number of times some of us went!

Yeah. I tried (just to see) and it gave me an option for 1 balcony seat. It still is, after you've made that purchase. So I'm guessing there's more and it's just a glitch? Weird, either way.

When I do that, there aren't any balcony tickets left.
Maybe it's because the computer system "holds" the tickets for a certain amount of time after someone has selected them, and after that time passes, they'll be released. (Just FYI, it's not showing any remaining available balcony tickets for me, either.) I guess I'd give it a couple of hours, because it doesn't seem likely that someone purchased the remaining tickets when you were on the phone. I'm sorry it's been such a hassle for you!
ETA: Odd that it offers one seat to Craww but none to me. I guess your best bet at this point might be to call the number Chloe posted. Good luck! I hate ticket confusion.

I did get the ticket, but I went back to look at the site and it didn't offer me any more balcony seats either. Craww must have special powers.

Oh Tink, you card. :-P I would love to see Adam back on Broadway, though I'm not sure about Phantom of the Opera.
So Dani is obviously around, but has not opened my PM for whatever reason. Dani, if you haven't already, I think you should shut down your computer and do whatever resetting or cleaning up of your system you can. If that doesn't work, maybe it's a BWW problem and you need to contact the moderators.
