I still have my scrunchies. I wouldn't be caught dead wearing one, but I can't bring myself to throw them away. I'm so bad at letting to of the past. Even when it's something as mundane as scrunchies.
Scrunchies are cool . I never actually wear them in public, but I love to just wear them in my hair around my house.
Me too Mel. I also wear them if I go to like a college football game or something. i think they're cute in a way.

I still have a little basket of them :P
Maybe I'm thinking of different things than scrunchies...I still find them in all the hair aisles and that's where I buy mine...
Or maybe I'm in denial...but I don't think of them as retro or anything...maybe I'll pretend to make myself feel better...
Ooh, and I'm uploading my pictures finally, so lemme know if anyone wants to see Adam's autograph on the pretty picture, what he wrote for everyone besides Em, etc.
I don't have scrunchies anymore.
These are scrunchies:
It's not that difficult.
Yeah, I still wear them. Whatever. *shrug*
If anyone's planning to get rid of some, guess you might as well send them to me.
I actually found my basket of them last weekend. I put them all on a ribbon and just hung them in my room from a shelf. It's almost like a keepsake string because I have scrunchies from different schools I visited in college and when we were in high school we made them for all kinds of things like a fabric that went with a flag from marching band or a costume in a show.

It's not that I have anything AGAINST scrunchies per se, it's just that wearing one would bring me back to middle school which is not a time in my life that I really want to remember.

WRQ, perhaps I could suggest smaller hair ties? I promise that they do the exact same job (in fact, I think they hold your hair up better)and are cheaper. I don't think you'll find too many college-aged students wearing them anywhere, but if you're really attached, more power to you...
And all this over a missing space in "hairbands"...
I think I have a couple of scrunchies lying around somewhere, but I've never had the right kind of hair for them anyway.

I was about to say, that poor girl didn't know what she started when she didn't appropriately spell hair bands.
Besides, headbands or Whitesnake.
I know what I choose
Nah, it's not that I'm attached, just...I wouldn't not wear them because nobody else does.
Besides, I freely do a lot more things that would be considered more embarassing than wearing scrunchies (skipping down the street, singing and dancing in the middle of the street, ballroom dancing when I'm cold at the stage door, etc.).

Skipping down the street while singing and dancing?
Crap, I'm in trouble...

Singing and dancing in the middle of the street is considered embarrassing?
I guess I embarrass myself a lot then. :)
What's embarassing for one may not be embarsssing for another.

Ehh, very little embarrasses me. Except falling down. Which I do often.

Did you know its a proven fact that like, over 70% of people don't even notice when people around them fall?
Little fact of the day...
I think I fall to much to even notice anymore...that's probably sad...
I was just over at Adam Pascal Online, which has a new, more readable layout, and found a post with an interview from Indiana. I didn't realize what it was at first, because the whole thing doesn't appear until you click on it. Anyway, quite a bit of news there. Adam *is* planning to move to LA, and denies that he's doing NFL Dad. I would have expected the two to sort of go together, one way or another, and am disappointed both that he's moving and that he's not scheduled for anything in the foreseeable future yet.
Indiana Interview
MOVING?
NOOOOOOOO.
After actually reading the interview, at least he says he is waiting to move back when something on Broadway comes about.

NO!
WHY? Why is he moving to LA just as I'm moving to NY?
Also, no more Broadway? Ever?
Noooo.

Like Fantab said, after reading the article, it's nice that he leaves the possibility open for Broadway. I just can't see him moving back to NY to do Broadway after he's been in LA.
He's so not an LA person, either.
I'm sad.
