It's different when you live in the city. For example, I've never climbed up the CN tower or been to the BATA shoe museum. I have a feeling Emcee and Fantab are going to be laughing at all my tourist pictures of random trees and buildings that they see every day.

I know what you mean. I've never been to the Statue of Liberty. I also live forty minutes outside Manhattan in dull suburbia, and tend to get ensconced here.

I took a picture with someone at the Kennedy Center with the monuments (Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln) in the background yesterday and it was the first time I've ever been in a picture with those buildings. It felt so odd. Then we had to put out a fire, so I forgot about it.

I won't get in until close to 10 pm, if you're still around we'll definitely meet up.

I'm going to bring a utensil and ask Em to pose with it. I also have to see a real spork, we don't have them here that I've seen.

Maybe she'll put a frog on her head too. The sandwiches are already made.

I got invited to go with all of my cousins to NYC in August and now my mom's decided that she wants to invite herself along and acts mortally wounded when I even hint that I don't want her coming. Aaargh!
