I guess I've only really tried to use iPhoto for image editing sort of things, which I gather that it doesn't do? Putting text on pictures and stuff. I still haven't figured out which program does that.

Hehe, to make secrets? :-P
OMG! Pot+kettle=OTP!!!
Amber, I only drink once every few months, but I love cosmos. A longterm addiction to Sex and the City might have been an influence, but they are *really* good.
The Appleworks Drawing or Paint will do that, I think. You can copy an image from the net or your desktop and paste it into a Paint document, then write and format text over it. There are all sorts of tools for tinting, resizing, rotating, etc. I've never used it much so I can't be of much help.
I've been using a free trial of Photoshop lately and I LOVE it...but the trial is ending next week.
So I went to watch a movie in the other room because bww seemed kinda dead and everyone comes out to talk. I see how it is. *crosses arms and pouts with a hmph*

I hate waking up before everyone in the house...
Photoshop's the best imo...
I also watch too much Sex and the City...but I'm attempting to branch out.
Yay for randomly working ipods! (I wish they weren't so tempermental...)
And also...go see Little Miss Sunshine. Fantastic movie
Bad timing, Sarah, and this is why my computer and TV are in the same room.
I watch way too much L&O. I'm not sure why it seems soothing, but it does.

"Regular" L&O or SVU? Regular L&O generally seems kind of bland to me, but I love SVU.
Whichever of them is on. I like Criminal Intent with D'Onofrio and Erbe too, not so much the other pair. As I was telling Ashley last night. one of the main writers for that show, Warren Leight, wrote the 24-hour play that Adam performed in, and Kathryn Erbe was also in it.
Did anyone here get to see those 24-hour plays?

I think Chloe and luvtheEmcee did. :) From what I heard, they were fab all around.
Emcee and I were there, and some others from this board that I don't remember. He did a nice job in his first straight play, even if it was only ten or fifteen minutes long. Anthony Rapp, Wilson Heredia and Tracie Thoms were also in this.
Chloe was just telling me about that yesterday. It sounds like fun.
That should be me.
(his wife I mean....just not so angry looking)
Adam's play was about three sisters and their brother, which disappointed me a little at first. You can imagine what *I* was imagining when I saw Adam's name with three actresses on the program. His character was named Roger, by they way, and I never found out if that was a coincidence or not.
Anyway, they were in Florida in their family home, going through old stuff and reminiscing about their obviously extremely disfunctional childhoods. Roger had been through several marriages (one funny line was about "my latest ex, the recovering anorexic") and if I recall correctly, several tries at a college education.
Edit: here's the thread with Emcee's very comprehensive review.
Aidaxx, honey, Cybele's not angry. She's a very nice woman.

Thanks for linking that thread, that was interesting to read!
And my favorite drink is an amaretto sour. But I like rum a lot so I enjoy a good mai tai or bahama mama. I like 'girly' drinks- berry margaritas and such.
Last fall (and last year for that matter) was a great time. I miss it.
I miss the Rentblog. Every Monday and Wednesday I would refresh until something popped up.
And earlier waiting for Anthony to post here, wondering what his next revelation would be. Good times.
THAT truly feels like forever ago.
I remember waking up that morning and being like "f*ck it, no he didn't."
Aww, I loved the 24-Hour plays I picked a good night to drop back in here.
Then there was back in March where we kept trying to figure out in NY where Rent was shooting.
I wonder if there's any chance Adam will do a benefit or two when he swings back here in October.

Thanks for the welcome a few pages back. For anyone who is missing last fall, there is a repeat of the cast singing "Seasons of Love" Monday on Ellen.
I hope so Chloe.
