I'm getting used to reading a chapter a lesson for History. Plus, I'm kind of stressed. Those friends want me to go places with them and I'm running out of excuses.

I know this is way easier said than done, but maybe you shouldn't try to use excuses and just tell it like it is. Even though it's hard at first, it'll be much less of a burden on your shoulders.
