'Night, luv. Haha, I just noticed your signature. Psshf!
Well, I live to entertain...
I think I'll go to bed too. I want to make sure I'm up in plenty of time for tomorrow.

I mentioned to a friend this evening that they were going to be on Regis and Kelly tomorrow, and she said, "Oh, they're on the View tomorrow, too!" There's nothing on the site about it (unless they're now a part of the Pussycat Dolls *shudders*), but maybe they're coming up in the near future? Or she could be pulling my leg, but she swore she heard them mention it on the show yesterday!

Wow, the first time this thread moves in ages and I completely space out!

Aw Allie, sorry everyone bailed out on you last night. As it was, I barely made it up this morning in time to see Regis. Not their best performance, but they're getting the word out. Those complaining about this appearance fail to get the point, which is to create some awareness of the movie. I'm sure most people don't have a clue about it as of yet.
Bumping up the thread with another good review for Adam. If anyone wants to read the whole thing, which is rather long, just PM me. It's from The Lantern, the online student paper for Ohio State U.
'...the vocals of Roger, played in the movie by Tony Award winner and former Rent cast member Adam Pascal, have no trouble matching the quality of the Broadway character. Pascal shines remarkably, especially in "One Song Glory" and "Another Day."'
Nice of the reviewer to credit Adam with a Tony!
Hi Emcee. "Ha!" to what, the review or the misassigned Tony?
The Tony. At B'way on B'way someone announced Christina Applegate as a Tony winner. Not good!
Speed-reading someone's list of awards and nominations probably isn't a good idea - they see "Tony" and miss the "nominee" part.
How are you today? Good yontif, dear.
Thank you! I'm... okay. I was supposed to go home and have a family holiday. I... went home, but my mom's sick so she didn't cook. We had Chinese food. Then we were all going to go to temple in the morning, but my basement flooding, so my dad and my brother had to stay home to vacuum up the water. Stuff was apparently floating. So now I'm back in my apartment avoiding the rain and getting ready to re-format my computer. I'm excited. heh.
How are you? I feel like I missed activity last night!
I was really glad that Regis pronounced Adam's name correctly. I was forseeing a disaster there.
Sorry to hear about your mom and the basement - I feel very lucky to be living in a slightly elevated area that doesn't get flooded even in this kind of weather.
I'm feeling slightly dazed at having all this free time all of a sudden, but happy.
Yes, nice that Adam's name didn't get mangled. I thought he looked a little... out of it, or not feeling his best in the ONE close-up they gave him. He seems determined not to talk during these group TV interviews, too. I'm hoping that he and Rosario have some joint appearances when it gets closer to the release date, and she manages to get him to say a word or two.
I sort of chalked that up to his sometimes-visible nerves. And the fact that it was probably early in the morning. His sweater made him look like a little schoolboy!
Could have been nerves, I suppose, or not being happy with their performance, or something personal. Whatever goes on with him seems to get written all over his face. For instance, he looked very unhappy at the DRS premiere.
I liked the sweater though.
I did, too. It was cute, and he looks nice in green.
He looked like... jet lagged or something in those DRS pictures. Like he just tumbled straight out of bed, and not in a good way.
Jet-lagged hadn't occurred to me (fight with his wife is what actually ran through my mind), but that's very plausible, under the circumstances.
By the way, check your email, you should be getting something from me soon.
Hadn't he just arrived back in New York from the West Coast? Or, maybe that's just me preferring to think happy thoughts?
Which address, my school one or my yahoo one?
I can't remember for sure either, but that seems right. The email went to the address without your name in it. I suppose it might not have arrived yet, sometimes they seem to take quite a bit of time.
In my job, a lot of material gets sent back and forth through ftp sites. It's a very odd sensation to know that I've received something that's probably gone around the world twice from my assistant who's sitting across the room.
Nope, I just got it. And replied.
The sweater just...confused me. I actually woke up just as the clock was striking nine and ran downstairs. And that's too bad about your basement,Em. I hope no valuable things were damaged.
