!
And one of my favourite pictures, too! Niiiiiice.
It's actually not updated at all! That's exactly it, which I find a little wierd, but whatever. I'm really sad they didn't get to me in time for when I first saw the movie, because everyone I knew and their mother was at the showing, and I could have handed out a lot more.
I'm proud of myself, too! I've never really done anything like this before. It's exciting.
But the date is... old!

Ugh, I'm trying to watch the Starz video, but the sound on my computer won't work. But the visuals are lovely :)
That's a pretty nifty postcard, regardless of the date.
I know! But I guess it doesn't really matter.
Everyone has been commenting that it looks like he is wearing lipstick, to which I reply that he looks fabulous in eyeliner.

Ahaha, Elphie, that's great. The boy can wear his make-up, that's for sure!
Indeed.
Ya know, I really should get these cds. It's kind of hypocritical to be pushing them, but not even own them!
Get them!
I have a sneaking suspicion that someone by the name of my sister may have gotten me Civilian for my birthday. But I may be totally wrong.
Well, you could always get yourself a copy of Model Prisoner as an early birthday gift
I can never figure out why, but when I can't sleep, I always put Model Prisoner on, and I'm out by track three. It's really, really relaxing. I listened to it last night, and I suspect I'll be pulling my iPod out again tonight. I'm so, so tired, but my head, it spins!
Hmmm, maybe I should try that. I've been dealing with the whole "I'm ridiculously tired but can't fall asleep" thing all week - and on top of that, I've been waking up 20 minutes before my alarm clock goes off even though I still feel tired!
I've been doing that, too. I wake up automatically after about 5-6 hours of sleep, which I know isn't really enough... yet my body seems to think it is. I've been stressed out about school lately, and on a weird emotional overdrive, so I just can't sleep.
Try Model Prisoner, though. You wouldn't think it the most relaxing thing out there, and while it's not, it's always my "can't sleep" music.
Well, my friend's brother-in-law supposedly got her name put on a list to get us into the Tony Danza show on Tuesday. Whether or not we get in, though, is a whole 'nother thing. They've been known to "screw" up the list. Whether or not Adam is really there "live" is a whole 'nother issue.

Tinfoil...The Terrorizing Terminator
Everyone should pick up a copy of today's NYTimes because on the back of the Arts section there is an ad for RENT, and guess what it is? A HUGE picture of Adam and Rosario during "I Should Tell You." It's super exciting!!
oooo...will do! thanks for the tip.
double post
I'll get one later!
not really Adam related, BUT..
I found goodies! It's AOL Talk sessions...interviews and clips with Anthony, Jesse, Wilson, and Tracie
Songs include: "Tango: Maureen" / "Seasons of Love" / "Halloween" /

The movie ad in my paper today was I Should Tell You, too. It was nice. I've been cutting all the different ones out of the paper... but I didn't clip the review from opening week, because my paper doesn't do their own reviews; they just print Roger Ebert's.
Good for you, Elphie! I'm impressed. Something else you all could do is post about Adam on other boards, especially the IMDb one. (Don't worry, so far it's been quite benign.) I have a feeling that the more movie-oriented possible new fans might look there first if they're trying to find out more about him.
I saw that ad in the Times, it's really gorgeous.

RAWR.
Okay, so my article is published. But I want to eat the people who did this. Or take over the paper myself.
(a) They gave it a title that would make you think Anthony dislikes the movie. wtf?
(b) They stuck it there with a SCATHING review. And like, whatever, if you dislike the movie, fine. I didn't want to do the review because I can't be objective and that's not right, BUT what bugs me to NO END is that the review was not only SCATHING, but they can't even be bothered to get their information correct. Is it so hard to be professional and have right information, even if you dislike the material? Good God. They say that the cliff is laughable, which is it, but they say that it's a "green screen" -- not that it looks like one, but that it IS, and that it's supposed to be the Grand Canyon. That's in the real place. It SAYS that he's in New Mexico. Come on, you're an Ivy League student, you should know where the f*cking Grand Canyon is.
RAWR. Then, they whine about the cuts. Which, fine. But they say that they were cut for ratings. Which they weren't. And if people read my article, it's going to make either the reviewer or the actor look like an idiot -- either people will see that the reviewer is making sh*t up under her assumptions, or they're going to think that what Anthony says is spin and he's going to look stupid. And if this chick cared to actually do a *tiny* bit of research, nobody would run the risk of looking dumb.
I'm friggin' mad.
I'm happy to say that the article I wrote appears to have made it unharmed, though.
