yea who knows how long it'll be cute? then one day, you'll wish your screen was a bit bigger so that Adam's face would be bigger.
Right, and you also need to consider how much you'll be carrying it around.
I wish I could remember more about the dream - we were all at some event or party of some kind. Possibly I was watching you and Raúl talkling at some point. The only thing clear in my mind is that later he was lying down on a couch while I was sitting nearby. He said he had something on his mind, a big surprise, that he didn't want to spill, and asked me to talk to him, tell me something about myself. However as soon as I opened my mouth to say something, he started talking again. Not about the "surprise" though.
What makes this particularly strange is that I'm not a big fan of his - nothing against him at all, just haven't gotten the bug. He's probably a substitute for someone else, I guess.

Help?

Thanks Guys!
(Looking for one of EM's many threads re: this subject is too hard)
Right. We need to consider the Giant Face of Adam.
I think I sort of substitute Adam and Raul for each other, in a way. I love them both very much, but it's worked out that when one isn't around, the other is. I also flip-flop a lot between who I'm on a kcik of at any given time.
sry BSO, don't know much about MACs myself
and clearly the Giant Face of Adams should be an integral part in your choosing a screen size.
I would also suggest erring on the side of a larger screen. After all, that's one aspect of a laptop that you really can't upgrade later on.
Anyway, a friend of mine at another board had the use of a Gettyimages account for a little while and sent me some nice stuff, such as:
awwwwwwww. He looks so pouty!
Maybe I'll go 15-inch. Middle!
wow *sits and stares with jaw dropped*
what other nice stuff did she send? any more nice Adam stuff?
My ex-boyfriend is something of a computer whiz and used PC's for many years. He is very happy that he switched to a Mac a couple of years ago and has had few issues with it. Sorry I can't be more specific, but I've always been on Macs myself.
That's okay; like I said, I don't have that many specific questions right now -- but general opinions of them are really good.
Wow, never seen one of those pictures that big before. That's from the same set as my av, taken during one of the press junkets. I think Adam's listening to someone ask a question in the one posted. But did the friend send you my av? I'd love to have it in that size.
When I saw the movie last night, in all of the scenes I liked I was like "I need a screencap of that, and that, and that!" I can't wait.

Mines a widescreen now.
It's weird because when ppl here complain the forum is all messed up, it isn't to me.
It's also hard to make webpages based on the widescreen.
But I love it!
The nice stuff consists of 4 pics of the cast singing on Ellen, 5 pics of Adam arriving at the movie premiere (3 of just Adam, 2 with Cybele), 5 pics of Adam, Anthony and Jesse at the afterparty, 4 pics of the cast at the CD signing, the other 4 pics like the one I posted, 2 pics of Adam from an event where Broadway stars sang Elvis Costello songs, and 7 pics from the photoshoot for the Civilian album booklet.
Oh, the Elvis Costello photos are AMAZING.
My friend just stopped by, and she has a 15-inch powerbook. It feels a little big to me (wide, I suppose) but that's because my PC is a 12-inch. I guess I'll check out the 12-inch Mac at the store and see. She likes hers, though.
I have a hard time with wallpapers on my widescreen. They all come pixelated.
Would 15 inches be considered widescreen?
I don't think so. My screen is 15.4" which is why things come out funky - it's not a normal sized screen.
Okay, that makes sense.

Fanta - yes, I agree.
But the trick is you make the wallpaper, copy the screen, put it in paint, and add black (or whatever color) borders around the picture until it fits in the space.
Plus the DVD extras, though some people seem to think Sony will hold off on a lot of those for a "special edition" to come out later. I hope not.
Here's a farfetched thought that popped into my head for some reason. Remember that funny moment at the Symphony Space Q&A when Adam was talking about watching himself on screen, and Anthony asked him if he wanted to ask himself out, and Adam replied with "I am such a handsome man" or something like that?
That seems like a sort of uncharacteristic way for him to put it, and just today I thought of one of those Rent movie haters on the board saying the only part he liked was watching Adam because "he's a handsome man." So then I wondered if Adam had seen that or been told about it, which led him to repeat it. He was laughing so much, could it have been a quote?
ETA: Does anyone else have problems with refreshing this page? I thought I was replying to Emcee's post way down there, because none of the subsequent ones were showing up when I refreshed.

it's possible, but I think he just might think he's a handsome man. I don't think he really needs to be told. heh.
I hope not, either. I don't want to have to buy it twice.
Me neither, but we would do it, of course.
Chloe, none of the press junket pictures I got matches your av, so I'm assuming that pic was taken by a different photo agency.
Anyway, here are the rest of the press junket pics I got (the last one is perfect wallpaper material):
And the Costello ones:
