I think it's...
Broth, Rice, Applesauce, Toast.

You eat this stuff because it shouldn't upset your stomach.

Yummy, toast.

To answer your earlier question, Emcee, we have pita, hummus, babaganouj, tabouli, and other stuff. It's SO GOOD.

Whenever I have an upset stomach, eating saltine crackers usually helps.

I just had ham and eggs. And chocolate soy milk. I hope I'm not making anyone sick.

I don't like actual mangos but I love mango jam, mango sorbet, mango smoothies. It's weird.

Your food sounds so good, Elphie.

There is pretty much no food for me in my house, since we haven't gone food shopping since before we went on vacation and my parents don't keep that much food for me around anyway since I'm usually away at school. Hopefully one of the restaurants nearby will be open for dinner, since it won't take much convincing to get my parents to go.

HUMMUS! And I love chocolate soymilk!

Have you guys ever seen Hitch? My parents want me to go watch it with them. Jeffrey Carlson is in it, for what it's worth.

Holy crap. My brother stayed at his friend's house last night, and they weren't drinking, but apparently one of the kids there disappeared around 4, and they found him passed out in the bathroom, horribly drunk like an hour and a half later. He had to get picked up around 6 because he was so sick.

And on top of THAT, my friend's car was parked in front of someone's house last night, and it got hit and totaled by a drunk driver who was going by. She wasn't in it, so she's fine, thank God.

Food...ulgh.

This sucks, we're going to Brokeback Mountain tonight which I am going to but dinner at like a Mandarin restaurant, again having the sister doctor comes in handy, she said under no circumstance can I have the sauce and therefore anything there. But I have issues and can NOT sit and watch them eat and it's ridiculous for them to come back and get me and I don't wanna take the chance of driving down but getting sick while driving...so after a lot of discussion, I think we're gonna pick me up some soup and a tuna sandwich from a diner on the way, my sister said that should be fine for me.

Witches can be right, giants can be good...I love that line!

For some reason I always take the general message of no one is alone and prefer all the lines of You'll Never Walk Alone--I think I just feel that that's more general and can apply to anything b/c it's all a metaphor where No One Is Alone w/ lines like Mother isn't here now, someone isn't on your side, etc. I dunno, it's certainly refreshing to remember no matter what you're not alone, but I like to sit back more and think of whenever I'm going through a really difficult time I hafta do everything possible to fight and get through it, and as I fight, there always will be people there to support and help me, that's why I love the song so much 5...4...3...Open Sesame!

Ouch, sorry Em...it's always important to look at the bright side, at least it wasn't your brother it happened to and your friend wasn't in the car.

Hitch is cute, I say watch it. You'll recognize someone w/ a small part if nothing else 5...4...3...Open Sesame! (I saw it w/ my friend in a movie theatre, squealed when I realized who it was, causing my friend to just shake her head at me b/c she knew it had to be bway related).

Not touching can't get mad, not touching can't get mad, not tou--Oh, oh no you rotten boys! Hummus, hummus, what gets out hummus?? Oy gavolt, help I think I have Friends reference disease!

Yikes, that's so scary. Why does New Year's have to be so crazy?

Yea, I don't get that either. People just use it as an excuse to get wasted and be stupid.

That kid who passed out is lucky he woke up. There's a reason why it's called inTOXICation. One glass of wine is about it for me.

It really frightens me how so many people my age and even younger see no problem with getting wasted to the point of unconsciousness. One of my good friends/former crushes from high school actually wound up in the hospital last year due to alcohol poisoning and was back to his usual drinking routine the next week.

I just looked at the Adam's New Year's Resolution thread on the main board, and it's nice to see that it hasn't degenerated into bashing as happens so often. But it makes me sad to think that he might have been hurt by stuff he read. I've gotten to feel awfully protective of him.

Oh, and I've heard so much about the movie, I can't wait! Just will cross my fingers I don't have to get up, or if I do, only once.
