Trust me, it's not just Rent-related boards. Some of the dramas I've observed or been involved with in my other fandoms are almost laughably absurd. I've lost track of how many times I've seen the following scenario play out: "frequent poster at message board gets into fight and is either banned or chooses to leave in a dramatic fashion. Said poster creates new board that bears more than a passing resemblance to board they were formerly part of, recruits friends from that board for new board, and repeatedly pontificates on why the old board is a bad place."

Ugh, I feel like crap today . My brother is sick, too - he missed his first day back at school because he has some sort of stomach bug.
