There are a whole bunch of posters for the revival; I wanted the first one that came out, with the door, and Emcee's eyes peeking through, but it was over $100, because it went out of print years ago. There was one that was a from-the-stage shot of Studio 54, which was beautiful as well, but also expensive. The ones I found that were in a do-able price range were either the tour one, with a Kit Kat Girl on it, (but it did no justice to the material, she just looked whorish) or the ones with John Stamos and Raul (with respective Sallys). So, I have the one that says "now starring the perfectly marvelous Molly Ringwald and Raúl Esparza."
Emcee Raúl!! That must be insanely hot to look at every night!!
He is, but slightly daunting.
Gotta run, I have no food in my house and my dad wants company on the food-shopping excursion.
Later.
I can't even imagine what he'd look like as the Emcee.
Oh, oh, burning Cabaret/Adam(gasp! talking about Adam on his own thread) question. Adam has a really rockish sounding voice, did he work this into his performance in Cabaret or did his voice sound different?
He was simply amazing as the Emcee... it sounded more rock-ish than other Emcees, but on top of his accent (it wasn't German... it was like, I don't know. Not German), it sounded really great.
*sigh* If only posting bootlegged audio clips were legal...
Amen to that!!
Okay, I'm off to work. Bye Atrias!
Have fun! Make money! Or something like that...I'm going to go act like I have a social life and call someone.

Oh, I want that poster with Raul on it so much...
Why oh why did I take my grandmother up on the offer for a WICKED program when she offered it to me as an unbirthday gift? I don't even like Wicked.
Diva, I have a Green Day poster too! Did you get yours at their concert?

Halfway. I'm checking my email and stuff right now.
How was your day, Atrias? What's the latest on the Cleaning Lady Incident?
My room smells normal again, thank God. I aired it out for about two hours, and the cleaning product smell is gone. But then the cleanliness of my room was destroyed by my dad dumping my new blinds on my white comforter. You can't win. But the cleaning lady will be back next Friday. I'll have to remind myself to put a note on the door that says "No!" or something.

Write her a nice note; she doesn't know what crime she's commited. Let her know that you'd rather her not clean your room, but thanks anyway. Maybe she'll be glad to be off work.
Or maybe she's like Allie and ENJOYS cleaning.
My room smells like nothing, usually. Sometimes when it's hot, though my candles smell a bit. But that's a good thing.
Actually, she did a really good job, it's just the invasion of privacy. I know she was just doing her job. I would write her a detailed note, but I don't think she reads English very well.

Write it in Spanish! Do you take Spanish? Or maybe I could help you. It'd be good practice for me.

Ahem! Am I being mocked when I'm not here? Niiiaaa?
Owwww...count me in if you write a letter to her in Spanish. I don't want to walk into Spanish Lit after not using it for 2 months.
No, I don't speak Spanish. I decided to go for the language that would be less useful, French. No more, though. I'm taking Latin this year. But there is a new exchange student from Spain staying across the street from us. She's in my year at school, and she's actually staying with the family that recommended the cleaning lady to us in the first place.

Allieee, it's in a most loving manner.
I'm no longer rusty in espanol after writing a three page paper in it...
Marlene and I can put it together for you.
French sounds wierd and difficult.
