and BBM just won for Best Picture. *squee* I got really excited, and my mother just got quite confused as to why. They also just commented that 5 out of the last 6 years, the winner at the CCA has gone on to win the Best Picture Oscar.

Chess and Raul! My two favorite topics.

I think I really want to learn how to play chess the game now. Does anyone know how? Is it tough?

Raul is lovely. I confess, I thought he sounded a bit like a goat when I was first adjusting to his nutty vibrato, but now I love it. The distaste lasted all of two minutes. He's a very expressive singer.

Chess the game is okay. It's not too hard to learn, but quite hard to master, I guess. I'm too timid and I never get anywhere.
