Wait, what's this about Boston and concerts?

Yeah, I've got a semi-big English project to do on Fred Astaire. Thank God For Adam

Yay, love the new subject line. Thank God For Adam Indeed.

I had a Lost marathon with my friends yesterday where we watched all of the second season episodes up until now in preparations for the new one tonight. I hadn't seen anything after the season premiere, so it was cool to catch up. I really, really dislike Ana-Lucia, though.

"Now my friend read the book and loved it, that's why we saw it. She said the movie was interesting, okay, but obviously they left out a lot that was frustrating to her. If that pisses you off, you're prob better off not seeing it."

Thanks. Yeah, I'm probably not going to see it because I would just get too aggravated. I actually wound up seeing The Producers movie today with my mom - a nice, fun way to spend the afternoon (although ugh at parking costing more than the damn movie ticket).

*sends good luck and inspiration-type vibes to everyone working on papers or school projects*

I don't have to go back to school until next week, but I really need to work on the cover letter for a summer internship I'm applying for, and I've been putting it off for way too long.

Heh, I still need to see Producers. Anyway, very excited for a new Lost episode and Mr. Ecko's story. I'm taking a friend to Ave Q tonight but my mother has the tape all set to tape for me.

I have a psych paper due Feb 1...perhaps I should do more work on it but I can def wait a week and a half...I did almost all the research I need, so just need to write it, which shouldn't be too bad.

Cheez Whiz, I'm in college, which means longer breaks (and if you play your scheduling cards right, no school on Fridays Thank God For Adam )

Gah, that's right! If I go see Adam, I'll have to skip the Friday classes I had take. (Stupid school with their stupid bias against the psych department)

Ah, so tonight IS going to be Ecko's story? That's exciting! I was hoping so, but I hadn't heard for sure.

I'm still on break until next Tuesday, and I'm really pretty worried about going back as I left some important things unresolved at the end of last semester. I'm hoping my research advisor will understand that I was just having a nightmare of a time with finals and not think that I totally flaked out on him....

sweetsiren, that last paragraph completely described my situation. I'm sort of dreading going back because I have to go pick up all the pieces.

*pulls up old spanish papers on computer*

He won't notice if I recycle, right?

I'm really worried about my grades and since you all are a bunch of academic nerds too, I can complain. Thank God For Adam

Biology- B+ (will probably drop after the test is graded)
Math- no idea, but not as bad as before. Probably a B
English- Edit- I just found out it's an A
Spanish- B-
History- absolutely no idea. Our grades are weird this quarter.
Art- B, because I'm behind on my project quota. I'll definetly have enough work to hand in by the time quarter ends, though. It'll probably be an A.

AHHHHH.

I really, really dislike Ana-Lucia, though.

Me too. WTF is her problem?

I think my grades will be semi-good this time around. Hopefully I can do better than that 78 I managed last marking period. Oy.

Oh I dislike her(Ana Lucia) too. It sucks, I never liked Shannon and was thrilled when she died, but now I'm still stuck w/ someone I hate. And all of season 1 I could go either way, but now I'm pretty sure I want kate w/ Sawyer.

I don't really care about the whole Jack/Kate/Sawyer thing. My focus is on Claire and Charlie. <3

Gah, the show is jumping around so often that I find myself not really caring about ANY of the couples! And I miss Desmond, brotha.

Yeah, I never used to care about couples but somehow I've grown to adore Sawyer. Who's Desmond again? And I actually adored Claire and Charlie last season, but they've just done like nothing this season, I'm losing interest man.
