It's IN three hours, Allie! *weeps* I really want the Miss Saigon CR RIGHT NOW!!! *growl*
I think the first hour is just a recap thing though. Ah well.
I kind of like how they're not really focusing on one or two couples. That's not what the show is really about.
Kinda off-topic, but I'm listening to the NYTW Rent and its really funny. And the Roger, well Thank God For Adam is all I can say.
Yeah ... I care about hte couples during the episodes they're featured in, but then I kind of forget about them for awhile until they're the focus again. I missed the last episode so the last thing I saw was the gunshot ... I missed the 2 groups meeting. Hopefully tonight's recap show will make that ok.
It's funny bad. Though, like I've said before, I do enjoy the Mark/Roger "fight" in Goodbye Love for some reason.
skittles, sorry that you're in the same situation! It's really stressful... I feel like I'm going to have a lot of explaining to do right off the bat, and I REALLY should've taken care of it as an e-mail at the end of last seemster but avoided doing so, so it's going to be even worse now. You're a grad student in psychology, right?
Anyway, happy thoughts! Lost: I LOVE Sayid (favorite character) and so I felt so awful for him about Shannon. She was annoying at first, but she did start to grow on me. I'm really not happy about the Ana-Lucia character... I know they want to stir things up, but she's awful. And (this is just me, but) Michelle Rodriguez is too recognizable a star to add into the mix.
I hope the monster security system thing eats her.

That sounds great! I'm excited about the DVD.
Ooh, what musical performances?
Well, Goodbye Love and Halloween would be the Deleted Scenes. That leaves something else to be the Musical Performances.
Exaclty.
I wonder...hm...hopefully the Today Show performance and such...I've still got EVERYTHING on my DVR.
Me too Mandi. All of the appearances have taken up around 30% on my DVR.
Maybe the musical performances are not really performances, but the cast singing in rehearsals or something along those lines. I don't know....
This DVD is gonna be the best birthday present ever! Unless the whole cast (or just Adam) shows up at my door.
I'd love to see some rehearsal footage too. Adam looked pretty in the few shots in that thing from Starz.

I assumed they meant deleted scenes (such as more April/Roger stuff, etc.), and deleted musical performances (Halloween and Goodbye Love). I hope you guys are right, because rehearsal footage and TV appearances would be great!
Regarding the Lost thing, I really don't like Ana Lucia. And it sucks that Shannon died because I felt that she was growing as a character. Hurley is my favorite character so far =]
And regarding the Rent DVD, it would be nice if they had a deleted scene with the REAL way April died/found out she had aids. It just really really bugs me that they showed Roger with her when she found out she had aids even more than it bugs me that they didn't tell how she died because I always felt that Roger finding out that April was dead and that he was going to die too all in one moment was a such a pivotal moment for his character. But I'm excited about all the extras! And they will probably have another special edition down the road with even more extras to get us to spend more money, which I gladly will for Rent, lol.
I'm back, but not for long. I'm missing Lost, but it's being taped. I'm even more excited for the DVD now.
My roommate just told me that Boho Days from tick, tick ... BOOM was sung by Jonathan Larson. I was wondering why the voice didn't sound like any others.

I don't want to get my hopes up too high with what they mean by "musical performances" on the DVD, but rehearsal footage or TV performances would kick ass. Plus, the commentary and the documentary seem like they'll be great.
By "musical performances," they probably mean numbers in the movie, ie Halloween and Goodbye Love.
Adam's thing at BU is only for BU students. They told me that I could get in if I go with a BU student who has a valid ID, but they're not selling tickets in advance, so they won't know if other non-BU students will be able to get any leftover seats until *right* before the show starts.
I can't wait for the commentary, especially during the cat scratch part of out tonight. I wonder what they'll have to say about it...
Well, knowing Adam...
Eeeks, they're not selling tickets in advance? I don't want to go up to Boston not knowing whether or not I'll even be able to get a ticket
Haha that made me laugh out loud just thinking about what he might say
