heh, I always have to hem several inches off of my pants.
I usually just fold my pants a bit. I once bought a pair of "short" pants, but they looked wierd.
It's insane, my sister is almost as tall as me, and she's 11. She really shot up this summer.

hey Atrias! How are you on this lovely evening?
Wow, you guys.
I'm being recruited by a Sorority.
*frightened*
Actually, though, they do Greek Sing, which is all about musicals. I think that's what bought me.
Oooh.
How're you feeling Lari?

Be brave Lari
My sister moves into college tomorrow and she's totally freaking out so she's running around yelling at everyone.

Lari, don't do it!
I'm still scared of sororities. XD What they did manage to advertise was the Creative Writing department at CMU (number one in the country!)... I'm definitely taking advantage of that crap.
And I'm feeling better. I have a hard time standing up, still, and I can't run, but otherwise I'm pretty good.
Yay, I'm glad!

Their writing program is number one? On what scale, if I may ask?
Like I know what scale. I just know that the CREATIVE writing department is the top.

If you haven't got any official data, I wouldn't put too much faith in the ranking... I plan to major in creative writing and I've never actually heard anything about CMU. That's not to say your information is impossible, but I don't believe everything a school's shill (shill being the person who told you this) said.
Wwwwwwwweeell, I wouldn't, either.
But it's when it's pretty much denoted as common knowledge that it makes me a little more confident. Let me do a search.
First of all, I'm not sure they call it a Fine Arts degree, since it's in the humanities school...

You would have a BFA if you major in creative writing.
I've actually heard... what was it, Iowa and something else... tossed around as the best writing schools. Sarah Lawrence is supposedly very, very good in that regard as well. Not on top of the US News charts, but those rankings are based on some dumb things like alumni contributions.

Okay, I think I understand the loophole or whatever. XD
Not many colleges actually offer a "Creative Writing" MAJOR. Like, it's an entire program devoted JUST to creative writing...

It's usually a concentration within an English major.
Let me know if you discover the actual source of these rankings.
No, it's not a concentration within an English major. Well, it is in the English department, I believe...
But at CMU, it is its own separate program. THAT'S what makes it unique. And there's a bunch of stuff on it if you google it...
EDIT: This is also why it's the top--about, like, two schools actually have a separate program for Creative Writing. Although, I DO have some student publications... Haven't read them yet, but yeah.
XD Loopholes are funny.
