I'm not (well, not anymore)
We could do this.
WHO'S WITH ME?!
"Adam as Adam Pascal in "The Adam Pascal Musical", written by emcee."
Putting him in the mercy of Emcee's writing is rather cruel. Somehow I imagine there's going to be a whole lot of non-shirts in that piece of "theatre".

Now now, I'm sure we are completely underestimating the talent that is Emcee....
could you put a few in though dear?
"Somehow I imagine there's going to be a whole lot of non-shirts in that piece of theatre."
It would only draw in a larger crowd.
We could get Marc Shaiman to help Adam himself write the music.
yay non-shirts! amasis, now YOU'RE underestimating me.
Non-shirts are just the beginning, I'm afraid. :-P

Shouldn't we find someone more qualified to write that? I did compose BWW: the musical!, hinthint.
so, original music by sommy, Adam, and Shaiman
now for the hard part: the book
plot anyone?
I want to write the book! And hey. I can write music.
*wanders off dejectedly*
I think nia is hoping to be in charge of the wardrobe (or non-wardrobe) department this time around, rather than composing. Just taking a very wild guess.
It should be about his time from Rocker to Rent to AIDA to Cabaret and than back to AIDA and than back to Rocker and than back to RENT!
or something like that.
I have to go. 'Night ladies.

We need a plot? It won't just be Adam stripping and singing to my music?
amasis, I'm sure Emcee will do fine with costumes. Just make sure QM doesn't have any say, I think leather pants are a must in this musical.
Yes! Leather is very good!
Oh baby!

The Adam Pascal musical... now who will choreograph that?
Well, whoever the choreographer is must include that lovely movement that goes with "I look out the bedroom window" (ala Joe's Pub, Nov. 27 I think)
rotflmao. All of his signature movements must be included, no doubt. I think this is a job for QM!

eeeeeeeeeee! *squeals* me! me! I'll choreograph!
Sorry, that sounds pathetic, but my dream is to be a Broadway choreographer.
Lucky for you, insomniak, all the help she needs is right here.
Detail Whore on guard!

Wait, what is amasis doing? amasis, would you like to write since you are a professional?
I thought there was to be no writing, nia. Didn't you say he will just strip and sing?
You can write the order of things to be stripped.

There you go, Emcee. And I could use another opinion on the lyrics, if you'd like to do that too.
What about set design? Will there be glitter?
Glitter and purple plaid. *nods*
"You can write the order of things to be stripped."
*writes note to former grad school advisor* "See, my MFA is being put to great use!!!!"
Well, actually, I hadn't even expected that there would be anything 'to be stripped' to begin with, but I guess better to take things one step at a time. Literally.
ETA: So lyrics and 'order of things to be stripped'? Sounds great!
