I just watched the Chess video again and am still confused about Raul being the one who held the note longer. If you really look at him, his mouth closes before that "--iide!!" But look at Adam, he's singing..singing...and...BAM! his mouth closes right after note!

lol, I promise it's Raúl. Listen to the crazy vibrato. Adam does't do that. What you may be seeing is the slight image/sound delay that I had when I watched it. Raúl is actually facing Seth (who's conducting), I think, so you can't see his face.

Hmm..we may be talking about a different part then. Cause it doesn't even sound like Raul's vibrato; it sounds like Adam's high vibrato with the breath added to "de" lol. I feel like we're having an Adam/Raul battle. I know Raul would win for the dancing, but for holding the note, c'mon that is ADAM! OK, the part I see is the end of "Nobody's on Nobody's Side" and they're all facing foward, ADam and Josh in back. It's right before they show Julia and Josh singing.

It's the first video clip. Adam, Julia, Sutton and some other people are down below in the center of the stage, and Raúl walks up the stairs. I actually don't know any of the song names in Chess, save for like two of them. The funny thing about it is that Raúl doesn't ever screw up. That's why people got such a kick out of Seth poking fun at his tape.

Take my word, that's not Adam's mistake.

ETA - no, he's not the one on the left. He's wearing the grey.... and might have those geeky sunglasses on.

ha, I certainly never looked at him the same way again! I saw a really different side of him, but I absolutely fell in love with it. He was great, and did a looooooot of crazy stuff!

Seth starts off by saying he'll show a clip of Adam, but what he comes up with is the "Raul mistake" video. Then right after he introduces Adam, Adam says something like "so the best clip of me is when Raul f*cked up." It's very low and off-mike, but look out for it.
