I just watched Adam's first Chatterbox. He's absolutely adorable. He should tell some new stories next time, though. He tells the same stories.

Not sure what you mean, but you have to buy the videos. The Chatterbox is actually held at a place called Don't Tell Mama on like 46th and 9th... or thereabouts.

It's right before Sherie comes on stage, as Adam and Seth are rearranging themselves. Sherie's really funny on that tape too, by the way. Be sure to watch her all the way to the end, where she tells a wonderful story about completely drying up on "Over the Moon."

What an awful combination. I hope you find a solution a little less drastic than the coathanger, like heavy drugs.

Yes, there are a lot of repeats on the two tapes, though in fairness to Adam, I think that's partly because Seth asked him a lot of the same questions. They're three (?) years apart, and it was like Adam had never been on the first time.

I agree, nia - it looks better in the recent pics. And obviously, Emcee's bouncing about it, so I guess it can't be too bad.

nia - all I can do when I get like that is curl up in bed with a hot water bottle and a good book. Hope you feel better soon!

That sounds lovely, amasis, but... I got a few plays out of the library and I was going to start A Streetcar Named Desire today... and then I realized I had picked up the wrong thing- it was a book analyzing the play instead of the script itself. So I must find something else. I did get A Raisin In the Sun and Perestroika, though.
