re: The Official Greg Jbara Love Thread PART 2!!!!

I dunno Liz Oroonoko dies in the end, as his enemies cut off various body parts one by one...guess which one they start with!
So I was sitting in my cubicle today, and I realized, ever since I started working, every single day of my life has been worse than the day before it. So that means that every single day that you see me, that's on the worst day of my life.~Office Space

Okay, thread jacking time...if we didn't do enough of it already.

So, I've been wondering about taking some voice lessons. I've been craving them for a while. About ten minutes ago, I called David for a list of teachers...he said he really recommends this one gal...and so, he gave me her phone number/name. (Believe it or not, her name is Liz!)

*end of Davidness*

I'd love to set it up, but I just am really shy about talking over it with my mom. It sounds silly, but I'm just afraid she'll spread the word to everyone because I'm doing something really great-which means I'll become the center of attention. And I absolutely HATE when I'm center of attention.

So I need some advice on how to approach my mom about it. You can PM me or post here, whichever you'd like to do.

Ooh, see with a name as common as Amanda, I put effort into deciding upon my kids' names I have them all figured out. See I'm the youngest of 3 girls, and my mom's the youngest of three girls, and her mom is the youngest of 3 girls, which means I'm fairly certain I will have 3 girls:

Oldest will be Imagen(pronounced Emma-gin), middle will be Madison, youngest will be technically Alexia but mostly referred to as Alex.

The pink font on pink background hurts my eyes, as do the crazy hobbit pictures...

re: The Official Greg Jbara Love Thread PART 2!!!!

ok...back to Greg. so,....guess what?

I emailed Greg to say that I hope to see him at the flee market

AND

I asked him about the tattoo, since we all keep forgetting to ask him when we see him. i asked him if it was his and if it was, what was it and, if it wasn't too personal, where was it.

I got my reply like 5 minutes ago...

and this is what he said, word for word.

"Dre,
Hope to see you at the Flea Market. Yes the tattoo of a cats paw is mine. My wife has one in the exact same place. Where you ask? I will not say.

Greg"

so, that is our answer and I suggest that we leave it as that. But we can still talk about it on here So, where could it be? Not arms (unfortunately Kerrie), not chest since we have seen most of it (except where the microphone was covering it), not lower legs since we have seen them many times with the "floating," not the back of his upper legs (the one "almost R-rated" picture).

Kerrie, I can vouch by many not just Greg encounters but stage door encounters or maybe seeing Matt or Jenn who I also know and I think oh next time I see them I have to ask or mention this...and then that night I'll realize I saw them and totally forgot!(Recently, I totally forgot to tell Matt that I was really excited that Richard Thomas is in Naked Girl b/c I used to love the Waltons lol). Then again, you seemed to be very sure of your job, so perhaps you would have remembered. Let's see...new job...you could try to take a Greg love thread shot for the cam...get the monkeys and my pencil and other stuff I'm forgetting...can't think of anything to ask off the top of my head, then again I haven't really watched a cam through in ages so I'm prob not the one to come up w/ one.

Oh, on another funny note, just finished watching V/V w/ my mom. I mentioned when I got it that Greg was on it, and she knew who Tony Roberts and Michael N-something(don't feel like trying to remember to spell it) was and I pointed out Rachel York b/c we saw her in Ragtime and she would be completely unrecognizable in this part compared to Mother but both my mom and I are huge fans of her, having seen her flexibility as an actress and stage-stealing scenes.

Anyway, somewhere in act 2, after Bernstein came out, I asked my mom what year the V/V movie came out and she thought I was talking about the show and she said '94 I think, and then I was like no Mom, Greg was in Damn Yankees in '94 which we saw, don't think he could have been in two shows(I knew it was '95)...so then she goes oh right he's in this. Has he been on at all? Or has he not come on yet? I'm like Mom! You didn't know he who was? She's like no. I didn't even point him out like I did Rachel b/c I thought he's recognizable(she saw the show w/ me and a couple of my pics so she should know what he looks like) and then she was like wait, was he Bernstein? I was like yes...she was like oh, I didn't realize. Oy. I love my mom so much, sometimes she really cracks me up.
