Liz's computer has stds...
Just got home from spending 12 hours with my buddy Derek. WoW. That's a long time to spend with one person. Especially him. It was fun though and a must do again. (Mainly becasue he bought me and my friend Jess Goldfish crackers, a coloring book, and reeces peanutbutter cups)
And for the record, my computer does not have stds.

Hey all. Well I have put the Official NLB site up on the web but password protected it until Norbert gives the okay. I am going to ask Greg tomorrow or so to relay the message (unless you guys feel that would be bugging him) The address is www.norbertleobutzonline.com. Liz, Carol, and I know the password so just send us a PM. The site is pretty much done save for a new Game section to be added after the approval is set and some formatting and text editing on certain areas, especially the Great Big Merchandise section where I am cleaning up the links to Amazon and such. I am also compiling data on Norbert's plays so that will be up soon. So take a gander and let me know what you think. While I created all the logos and buttons for the site, Liz has done some fantastic photoshoping (ie the newspaper on page 1) and she is currently working on the site's main logo (The underlined Norbert Leo Butz Website is just a place holder). Feel free to send us feedback and I hope to have the site open by midweek (*crosses fingers*)
Hey guys. The Inside the Actors' Studio taping was amazing. Very surreal to be sitting at a taping of a show I watch religiously. And to be there watching Matthew and Nathan. Insane. Very cool.
My favorite moment was the 'favorite curse word' question. Matthew is just so nice. "Putz. Is that even a curse word?" Hahaha. He then went on to say "Okay.. um.. dickweed. Or douche bag! I like douche bag!"
I NEED to go to sleep now... had a mouse scare and my roommate and I compulsively cleaned the room haha. Time for sleep. I won't be around tomorrow - busy BUSY day. I'll check in when I can. Ta ta!
Hmm, thanks for the tip Mamie. Since I'm taping the whole thing, I'm gonna wait to see if the DVD pops up in either my local library or blockbuster. Would just consider buying if it's the only way to watch the features.
Wow. Finished the goddamn essay at 4:12. Underestimated it. 4 hours of sleep. Oy.
I stop working on essays after midnight...consequences be damned...
Oh no, considering how late I'm up on the average, I think 2 would be a better limit for me. It was just unfortunate though it made sense that it had to be the night before I had an early class, but since English itself is the early class, suppose there's no way of avoiding it. It was fine though, my mom looked it over this morning, found a sentence or two that I wrote wrong out of tiredness, but otherwise she thought it was very good. Yaay for the wonderful invention of coffee.
Well, one more class. After going through the day on 4 hours of sleep, I can say with a great deal of confidence that sleep deprivation does not affect functioning at all.
So when writing for a class I started writing about the wonderful composer "Andrew Lloyd Bernstein." So after realizing what I had done I crossed it off and correctly wrote "Andrew Lloyd Bernstein." So I stared a bit more, realized my correction was also wrong, and finally wrote Andrew Lloyd Webber.
And so a couple of minutes ago, I was about to go into the ladies' room when as I open the door, a male walks out, and I suddenly look up to clearly see the word "Men's" on the door. I wouldn't have gone in the men's room even if the guy didn't exit and give me a weird look...really.
See being tired doesn't effect you at all.
Norbert Leo Butz Extends in Scoundrels Through July 2006
"The Dirty Rotten Producers are proud to announce that their Tony Award-winning star, Norbert Leo Butz, has extended his contract, and will continue with the hit show through July, 2006.
Butz, who created the role of grifter 'Freddy Benson' as the Jeffrey Lane / David Yazbek musical began its life in September 2004 (Old Globe Theatre, San Diego), received unanimous raves when the show opened on Broadway (March 3, 2005). He went on to win virtually every theatre award for his performance: the Tony Award, Drama Desk Award, Outer Critics Circle Award (Best Performance - Actor in a Musical); the Astaire Award (Male Dancer of the Year); and the Drama League Award (Outstanding Performance of the Year).
Upon re-signing his contract, Norbert said, "To do this show is nothing less than a dream. And I just don't want to wake up yet."
DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS won the 2005 Drama League Award as Best Musical, and was nominated for 11 Tony Awards. With a book by Jeffrey Lane and music and lyrics by David Yazbek (The Full Monty) DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS stars John Lithgow, Sherie Rene Scott, Joanna Gleason, Gregory Jbara and Sara Gettelfinger. The production is directed by two-time Tony Award winner Jack O'Brien and choreographed by Tony Award-winner Jerry Mitchell. "
