It's so great to him see him out there getting involved. He could have taken a much needed vacation, but he chooses not to. Does the man ever rest?

I don't think I've ever actually had an encounter with a greyhound, unfortunately. I'm sure if I tell my mom about Raul and the greyhound she'll be convinced it was a sign confirming the rightness of us traveling on a Greyhound to see him in Company. I'm sure she'd love to do his Astrological chart, too. It might explain him better than Datalounge could, anyway.

I love astrology, his chart would be very interesting!

I have this strange feeling that he's one of those people who would fit his chart perfectly.
My beloved grandmother was an astrologer. Everything in my life was determined by the stars and retrograde, etc.

I always thought that the horoscopes that I read in like magazines and newspapers were kind of ambiguous - and I still do. But I remember the first in depth astrology book that I got a long time ago was so spot on - it was scary! Since then I've been hooked. We have those books at home where you look up your birthday against another person's and it gives you your relationship -- its eerily accurate
horoscopes are always wacky with me. I'd read a horoscope and nothing would happen that day. But like a week later out of the blue, THE exact thing the horoscope described occured.
I went with gram to many NCGR (the official worldwide Astrology "group" I guess you could call it) meetings and seminars, these people were very informative and fascinating to listen too.

My mom is a hobby astrologer, so I had her explain my chart to me a lot. I don't necessarily believe in it, like you have faith in something, I just think it's psychologically interesting.
Scorpio would have always been my first guess for Raul.
I used to read my horoscope everyday a couple months ago because it was freakishly accurate. Twas weird.
I'm to paranoid to read my horoscope, but when I was told my entire chart-y thing, it was disgustingly accurate.
Heh, I don't thinkt hey get to pick. It was a beautiful dog, though. They're so graceful. I think Archie is such an adorable dog name. It's kind of funny, but really quirky and cute.

... the show closed two weeks ago. Some people get bored with too much rest. And I think the majority of the performers who go to this do it because they want to. It's not like he's doing eight shows a week and still showing up at press events. One event doesn't mean he isn't getting much-deserved relaxation.

I was talking to someone at the Company stagedoor one night about how exhausted these actors must be after performing 8 shows a week - particularly Raul with a role like Bobby. But then we talked about how you must build up a certain momentum that, when broken, really makes you aware of how tired you are.
It must be weird for him to just have the show end, and all of a sudden not be doing it 8 times a week again, you know? It's such an abrupt change of pace
Seriously, he's had more than enough time to relax on a beach somewhere since Company closed. The man hasn't had more than 2 days off in a row since last October; two weeks was probably more time than he knew what to do with.
My cousins' uncle had 2 rescued greyhounds. Zeus and Cleo(patra). Zeus was blue, which are rare, because they're considered a bad omen and many breeders used to kill them at birth. My cousins' had a beagle, so it was always funny to watch her walk underneath them without realizing, then freak out when she looked up.
My parents think astrology is the gateway to the devil. I think 90% of it is a scam, but not necessarily evil.
Emcee, I'm glad he wanted to. Some people, when they have a break, don't want to do anything. It's great that he's not like that.

lol, aw. I met someone who had a greyhound named Zeus too. I didn't know that the blues were considered a bad omen - that just breaks my heart
Greyhounds are ADORABLE, just to mention. I love all big dogs... but the yippie ones make me want to pull an Rent/Angel thing.
Two weeks... sh!t... it feels a lot longer than that.
misshung, that kind of reminds me of the way students just completely crash at the end of the semester, after finals and everything. You don't quite realize how exhausted you are until you're done and have TIME to crash.
I love Beagles!
^ But if you give yourself time to crash, you're bored out of your mind.
...at least that's what happened to me. I doubt we'll have another Where's Waldo-esque thing like pre-Tonys, but it's good to see an event on the main page.

Yeah, exactly. I remember after I finished writing my senior project and dealt with graduation, I just totally crapped out. I literally made myself sick. But then I didn't know what to do with myself either, it was awful!
My great grandparents had a beagle named Wiggles, but they pronounced it "Viggles" because of their accents, heh.
What is this about Aida and bww quotes? Is there a link to a thread?
There is the cutest, most adorable dog I have ever seen in this apartment building. It's white and browny-orange. It's some kind of spaniel, I think.
Spaniels are adorable. We have 2 cocker spaniels. Lady and Cooper (yeah, I named him after Anderson Cooper. Ahem)
Anderson Cooper. Now there's someone with interesting Datalounge gossip.
I could just imagine!!!
Oh, I'll bet they have plenty to say about him.
Awwww, I love Cocker Spaniels!!
I don't really want a small yappy dog, at all. If I could have any dog, it'd be like, a husky or something huge and fluffy. I love pit bulls, but people look at me like I'm nuts when I say that. Some of the best dogs I've ever known have been half or even pure-bred pits.
