And it sounded like he had met them before, so it's just natural that he would ask about her, and Raul didn't miss a beat.
Nah. But like I said, he's always handled everything awkward well.
So he DID say "sondheim-ites." I actually thought he DID say something else and was like WHOA. My mind definitely needs a good spring cleaning. Raul was quite diplomatic in evading the awkward questions, but in lieu of the NY times article it was sort of uncomfortable.
I'm all twitchy for the Company reviews, too. The mini Raul is cracking me up. He's miniscule.
Just when you thought they could not make that photo ANY smaller. I keep giggling at it, too.
What an ego blow.
Awww!
6:20, here we go...
*huggles Raul*
*and everybody*
Hee, I'm breathing, I just can't sit still!
I should be doing something productive right now.
Hmmmm. Nope.
I will seriously cry if the reviews aren't good.
...Well, maybe not *cry*, but I will be sadsadsad.
Me too. Give me an excuse to mope around school and generally make everyone sick of me.
Homework is really a no-go tonight.
*crosses fingers that Ben Brantley will be blown away by show and Raul and will give a stellar review*
In honor of the occasion, and because I am soooo antsy:
That's really fun to look at. The arms are a big plus. Adam may have some competition for a certain dance move.
Did anyone watch the Word of Mouth segment for Company on Broadway.com? Some great footage, but you couldn't hear Raul sing. One of the reviews licks her lips profusely & says Raul is really good-lookin' & has a fantastic voice. I suggest y'all check it out if you haven't already. I don't when they posted it though.
Nice choice, Mandi. :P

So, I just watched the video review-thingy on Broadway.com, and uh, the licking that one woman did was really disturbing... *prays Raul never sees it*
Toooooo many similar avatars.
But that's happy!
Er... there really are. Maybe I'll change mine now that opening night is over.
The only way I can differentiate mine is because of the light background.

I like scrolling down and seeing all the pretty avatars . Not to mention there are so many new pictures! (well, pictures I haven't seen before, anyway)
This makes me happy:
And, TUMMY!
The Rocky pic is beyond creepy.
