I put that picture in a folder as part of my screensaver, and I chose for it to stretch the smaller pictures, and it is full screen now and is not pixelated at all.

I was just like, "WTF?! Why is the arbiter wearing a cape, not to mention the outfit?" It looks like tons of fun, though. Someone needs to revive this show.
