The guy on the right looks so much like him, though. Hm. Well, at elast what you can see of the side of his face.
Em, I LOVE YOUR AVATARRRRR! it's pretty much awesome.

Yes, Raul does have very large... err, binoculars, . I'm kinda glad that this thread doesn't move as fast as some of the other ones *cough*AdamThread*cough* because I actually get to read everything you guys say, lol. *sends out Raul love*
I had to return The Normal Heart to the library today. I was sad to part with it.
*looks to avatar for comfort*
By the way, anyone who has seen it, what scene is that from? I was thinking that it might be the one at the end of Act I where Felix shows Ned the spot, but that's just a random guess.

So, I know this isn't Raul related, but it's sort of Normal Heart related. I got a signed headshot from Joanna Gleason in the mail today!
I just can't handle the Magic Kingdom t-shirt.
Yes, SS -- that's from the last scene in Act II.
I've memorized the location of The Normal Heart in my university library. 5th floor, take a right, last row before the aisle, all the way at the end on second shelf from the bottom on the right side.
What?

Not really Raul related, but you guys are really important to me and I just wanted to share this. I met MR. STEPHEN SONDHEIM tonight. I shook hands with the man who has written the greatest modern musicals. Not only that, I stood on the Broadway stage at the Eugene O'Neill, AND I shared it with Mr. Sondheim, Patti LuPone, and Michael Cerveris along with the rest of the Sweeney Todd cast. Part of my life long dream came true tonight and as I left the theatre, I began to weep uncontrolably at the realization. Someone pinch me. I'm afraid to go to sleep, because I fear it will all have been a dream.
YAY!!
*pinch*
See, it was real. Now you can go to sleep!
I saw your post on the main board, Chrys. That's so amazing, and it sounds like the BWWers had the same kind of reaction. Just fall asleep looking over at your signed CD
Skittles, you're not sleeping either?!
Heh, I realized that when you posted.
"Oh Christmas Tree, oh Christmas tree..."
haha, I figured as much.
My roommate clearly has a mind-slippage problem and she's keeping me up. So I did some more work but now I want to go to sleep. I hear the clicking of her keys and I want to kill somebody.
I've read the first page of my reading about 10 times, but it's still not processing.
We've totally derailed the discussion from Chrys's happy news.
*happy dance on Chrys' behalf*
I did my reading by I have no idea what I read.
My roommmate needs to go away.
*pokes roommate*
I'm getting you earplugs for your birthday.
And one of those eye shade thingies, please.
Sure. And maybe some Ambien for the both of us.
Screw the reading, I'm going to bed.
Nighty night.

No, it's okay! I'm having a hard time believing it happened anyway.
It was kind of funny though. They put Patti before Sondheim, so I was just trying to work up the nerve to talk to Mr. Sondheim while she was signing my cd. Then Michael was right after Mr. Sondheim. So once I had finished talking to Mr. Sondheim, I really had a hard time talking to Michael. He was asking me questions, but I was just sort of sidetracked by the whole situation. And of all people, when I got to Alex Gemignani (who I adore) I chickened out and couldn't say a word. Go figure.

Glad you had a good time, Chrys.

Yay for Chrys! That sounds awesome!
This is totally the wrong thread, but I just have to say how excited I am that both Heath AND Jake got nominated for Oscars!
